ILF was instrumental in communicating with all parties, insuring timely and comprehensive outcomes. They delivered a beneficial tax strategy regarding the purhase of the agriturismo. Amoung other deliverables, they provided a valued legal opinion regarding the position of the property. Most recently submitted a formal offer to purchase on our behalf.

ILF Law Firm managed the legal process with an Italian geometra to complete the purchase and transfer of deeds. The team also handled price negotiation and technical report issues. Moreover, ILF Law Firm organized all the services in the property to be transferred to our names from day one, including water, electricity, gas, and our solar panel system.

Michele ran the work like a proper project: clear sequencing, tight coordination, and no surprises. Key steps (screening, negotiation points, diligence, document iterations, signing) were managed end-to-end, with sensible timelines and fast turnarounds.

Deliverables were provided on time and, more importantly, ahead of the moments that mattered ). He kept the process moving and didn’t let external parties’ delays become our problem.
