What specific goals or objectives did you hire iKemo to accomplish for your e-commerce business?

We needed iKemo to build a unified business intelligence (BI) dashboard for our business. The dashboard needed to handle all the data ingestion and extraction and be very user-friendly and interactive.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

iKemo has built a BI dashboard for us. Initially, we used Microsoft Power BI, but iKemo has shifted us to Metabase, which we love. The team has handled data ingestion from Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces, as well as QuickBooks. iKemo has also built the BI dashboards, reports, and schedules.
Regarding the setup and customization, iKemo has done everything from A to Z. The team has integrated the data into the data warehousing to ClickHouse (which is cheaper than Google BigQuery, which we used to have). iKemo has customized all the dashboards for us and given us access to run our models and dashboards.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from iKemo.

How did you come to work with iKemo?

We found iKemo through an online search and the Clutch website. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with iKemo in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

iKemo has delivered a BI dashboard that measures all aspects of our business. The dashboard has a clear KPI dashboard for all segments. We’ve seen improvements in KPIs related to orders and fulfillment, paid marketing, and customer service (CS) responses and satisfaction. 
We can now measure KPIs that we couldn’t measure before.We’ve made decisions based on the new KPIs that have had a positive impact on our business, such as ad spending, shipping fees reevaluation, and average order value compared to weight. These decisions have resulted in cost savings of around 10%–15%.

How did iKemo perform from a project management standpoint?

iKemo has overdelivered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

We’re impressed with iKemo’s team, knowledge, and readiness.

Are there any areas they could improve?

iKemo’s efficiency and overall consultation could be better. The team has pointed out areas we’ve totally missed from a business aspect.
