From fixing Google Shopping, to setting up display retargeting properly, to then setting up (and scaling) YouTube, Scott and Ignite have been a big asset for our business for not just revenue - but also time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have been able to spend essentially double our budget over time with an improved return on ad spend as well. Retargeting efficiencies and impression share have greatly improved as well.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Great - we have bi-weekly calls but also Scott provides prompt communication and execution should something go wrong (i.e., product feed issue, ad disapproval, etc.).
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their organization and ability to communicate (rare in my experience with most agencies).
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Selfishly. I'd love to use Slack instead of Monday for communication. Monday isn't bad, just another thing I have to log into.
