The results have been fantastic. We've moved from page 2 to ranking in the top 3 for several of the key terms we identified at the start of the process and have had a 58% increase in leads acquired from our website. They've helped us developing an overall strategy for SEO that constantly delivers incremental improvements.

We hired Ignite SEO for our SEO & Website needs during a busy mobilisation period, having just acquired the company from the predecessor. We needed to immediately establish a digital presence and generate traffic to a website where we could start converting customers.

We were recommended Ignite SEO through a mutual contact, we held several preliminary meetings to discuss our goals and strategy and Adam at Ignite SEO did a brilliant job pitching their ideas and plans to us. It was these meetings that ultimately became the deciding factor as we felt we got on with the organisation so well.

Our engagement began with preliminary meetings discussing our goals and how they could help us achieve them as a company. From the green light, we had multiple discussions enabling Adam & the team at Ignite to understand our business as we helped them to achieve this. Building on this knowledge Adam & his team constructed a detailed strategy to commence the SEO campaign in a way that would bring a large volume of traffic, but Adams main goal was to ensure this was the right traffic, website visitors that would not only be in our area but interested in our service. Adam used his wealth of knowledge to run various trial and error processes to identify key words and negative keywords to decipher which was the most optimal route. Once the SEO campaign launched Adam began reporting to us monthly the changes he was making on the go and the statistics of how we were doing and we are receiving an increase on visitors each month without having to spend any additional money. Adam constantly revises and works on your SEO to ensure you are hitting your goals and the foundations he builds with you from the beginning results in residual success once the campaign has been running for a few months.

We wanted to have a greater presence online. We operate in quite a few areas, and we wanted to be the number one search result in every region we’re in.

All my leads come through the internet. That’s the highest praise we can say because all our turnover is related to SEO.

We started from scratch, so it took a little while. They were initially very open and said it wasn’t something that could be done overnight; it’d be a gradual flow over months. Since then, we’ve seen the traffic increase. As the business grows, we also try to target different areas, and that brings new business in.

How did Ignite SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

Honestly, there is nothing we can fault them on. They stick to their deadlines and meet all of our expectations. Things are spot on, and I would give them the highest remarks. We get a report every month with our rankings.

Due to COVID-19, our communication has been over email. Before, we’d pop into their office to meet with them as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always available. If they can’t get back to us straight away in an email, we can guarantee we’ll get a response back quickly. Ignite SEO must deal with hundreds of companies, but they make you feel as their only customer.

No, there isn’t anything; we’re happy.

Tell them what you want. You need to sit down with them and have an initial conversation about your business, where you want to be, and what you’re looking for. It’s vital to have that open two-way dialogue before you start so you can build the background and make sure you have the right keywords.

Moreover, don’t expect instant results; be patient.

Initially, Ignite SEO designed our website, and they now host it and help us with SEO and PPC.

Firstly, they asked us for our input, and they wanted to know as much as possible about our company. They had us do a fair amount of homework ourselves, which enabled us to select the tools that we needed and the keywords that we wanted to focus on.

Currently, Ignite SEO runs all of our campaigns for us, and they’re very smart when selecting the keywords. Additionally, they constantly drive very targeted traffic to our site by leveraging the information that they got from me initially.

Ignite SEO is a company local to us, and someone referred them to us initially. They understood our company and our needs very well, and they were very approachable without being overly insistent with their calls.

As a company, we only work with people we trust. We trusted them after we met them in person, and we’ve developed a strong relationship over the years. We’ve looked elsewhere to see what other people have to offer, but we’ve not even been tempted to leave because Ignite SEO offers great resources and high-level customer service.

We started working together in June 2014, and our engagement is ongoing — I will probably never leave them.

Our results speak for themselves; the campaigns have been successful, and we've had a very good conversion rate. All of our customers have come to us via our website, and we probably receive anywhere from 75–100 phone calls a day based on the keywords that we use.

Our typical monthly turnover is £450,000 (approximately $615,000 USD). Spending £1,000 (approximately $1,400 USD) a month and having an ROI of £450,000 (approximately $615,000 USD) is a no-brainer.

One of the keywords that we use is "van hire," a term predominantly taken up by large national companies that have been operating for over 20 years. We've been operating for seven years, and in comparison, we're a much smaller company than the ones we're competing against. However, we're ranking higher than all of them due to Ignite SEO's great work.

Their quality is flawless, which means a lot coming from a perfectionist like myself. When I'm paying someone for a service, I expect it to be on a high-quality level, and Ignite SEO constantly hits the mark. I've never seen them fail in the seven years we have worked with them.

Additionally, they're very accurate in what they predict, and they don't over-promise. They give us very realistic expectations and meet them. I never have to be checking in on Ignite SEO because they're great at what they do.

When I was asked to do this review, I agreed instantly. My time is quite scarce, but I can always make time for them because of what they've done for us.

How did Ignite SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

Ignite SEO is very good at what they do. If they say something, I consider it done; they are that good. For example, if we have a meeting at 10 a.m., I feel like Adam gets there at 9:30 a.m. because he is constantly on time. If they say that an email will be sent within an hour, it is sent by then.

The beauty of working with them is that they pick up the phone straight away. They don't just call us back; they answer the phone immediately. For someone like myself who is always on the go, this is very, very important.

Ignite SEO also gives me a very detailed monthly report on our keywords and their performance. In a couple of paragraphs, they provide us with an analysis on how they can improve and what they need from us; we're constantly improving our campaigns.

Everyone I've dealt with is very well-mannered, professional, and easygoing. Adam, in particular, is very professional, honest, and reliable.

Ignite SEO is very honest. If there is a mistake, they assume their responsibility, and they deliver what they promise. Their word is their gospel. The level of their honesty, professionalism, and quality of their results are things that money can't buy.
