We needed help with printing designs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

iFlexo is our main services provider in everything related to printing and design. They've done printed products for our clients, such as canvases, laminar structures, etc., and they are in charge of creating the printables for each product.

We work with 3–4 people from their team.

How did you come to work with iFlexo?

They were already working with our company when I took my current position.

How much have you invested in them?

We invest $700–$1,000 with them per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2013, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our quality department always verifies that the prints meet our expected quality standards, and we've had great results.

How did iFlexo perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very competitive and communicate well with us via email, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams.

What did you find most impressive about them?
They have great technologies for printing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We are based in different cities, so we don't see them often in person, which we'd like to change. Also, they sometimes assign interns to projects that impact the quality standards, so they should be more careful with that. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate with them, and you will have good results; they can print anything you ask them.
