I’m an independent international consultant and I have significant experience providing my service to several major companies throughout my career.

What challenge were you trying to address with Whiteboard Animation.Com?

I had a great need for implementing communication tools that would help our customers and their employees.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’ve been using Whiteboard Animation.com for over a decade now, and they’ve provided me with a wide range of animation services. The vast majority of what they produce is used to communicate skill sets, information, and occasionally product promotion.

They’ve helped us touch on interesting and challenging topics as well, such as ethics, discrimination, and fraud.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with the CEO, but I also have the chance to interact with the various artists and animators on the team.

How did you come to work with Whiteboard Animation.Com?

They were the first company to pop up while we were searching for vendors in Google. The fact that they’re based in New York made all the difference for me. They also have access to a lot of professional actors and actresses, which is critical when we need voiceovers and other things related to this business.

They stepped up and we’ve been using them ever since.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $300,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in January 2010. We’re looking to get some additional animation help, so we’re going to send a project request soon.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Animation is used to get your message across more effectively than with writing, so it’s really important that your customers understand that. Thanks to Whiteboard Animation, the retention rate and people’s understanding have significantly increased.

I’ve had people tell me that their experience with Whiteboard Animation felt so real that it was embedded in their memory.

How did Whiteboard Animation.Com perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had a lot of big projects that took a lot of time, so we missed a couple of deadlines. However, if a deadline is artificial, it usually means we can’t do the back and forth to get the exact product that we want. It’s important to get the project right, but always make sure that the deadline doesn’t undermine the purpose of the product.

My work is international which means I’m all over the place, so we typically use Zoom to communicate nowadays.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with the quality of their work. They have the expertise, creativity, and accuracy to deliver exactly what I’m looking for.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re still looking for an animation vendor, give them something to do for you just to see what they can bring to the table before you commit to anything. Once they’re done and you’re satisfied with their work, proceed to talk about the scope and put together a detailed proposal together.
