ID Studio designed and produced our new company website from conception through to delivery. Numerous strategic and creative reviews conducted to align on our commercial priorities and how the website could best reflect our growing presence in the global shipping market. Project fell within budget and timeline scope and we were very happy with the final outcome. We are now conducting ongoing organic SEO work with ID to further enhance the website's performance.

Tasks delivered on time as described - we initiated a retainer with ID Studio to improve process of semi-regular site updates which streamlined workflows on both sides. This work continues as our business grows exponentially and the demands on the website reflect that evolving need.

We had good communication with our account lead, explained creative process with visual aids (videos, storyboarding tools, etc) which made process easy to understand and engage with. Friendly team who are flexible and easy to work with, no matter the task at hand.

Ongoing collaboration made much easier with a retainer in place - not so easy when we were asking for ad-hoc support after the website launch (which is understandable).

ID Studio exceeded the brief. In a similar way to how we work with our clients. I have been very impressed with Mike’s creativity in particular and the amazing creativity he has brought to listen, interact and emerge with work of the highest quality. The team (including Mike, Dan, Brett, George, Artur, Darren) working with Marlborough have all been excellent, each bringing their special skills, and the combination has been super creative and awesome in bringing this creativity to life.

ID Studio set out a phased plan which was excellent. Tracking has included status updates on key deliverables by stage. Each deliverable/ task has a clear owner. Status updates using Monday.com include colour coded of tracking of each deliverable. I have been particularly impressed with the video updates (3-5 minutes) which provides a verbal update alongside signposting what’s happening next, in particular where there are expectations of me/ my team. 

E.g. ‘feedback on xyz’ These updates also include videos sharing what the current work in progress looks like. This has been very powerful. I have been very impressed with how ID Studio do this.

We engaged ID studio redesign and build of their existing website. We needed an innovative, showcase, lead generating website that more accurately reflected our values and brand, ensuring visitors immediately understand the essence of their business and what it offers. 

We also needed a content management system that will provide them with full control over their website, allowing their in-house team to keep the new site fresh, relevant and up to date as well as enable the seamless streaming of video content. The project took 8 weeks to complete and was broken into sections below: 

• Development of a wire frame structure that shows the project site map, hierarchy and user journey: 1 Week 
• Design of website, user interface and experience in Adobe Photoshop: 2-3 Weeks 
• Front end coding of the website in HTML5/CSS3/JS. Back-end coding of all modules along with content management system integration: 4 Weeks 
• Final testing and debugging on development server before going live: 1 Week

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is now ranking well on Google and we get good conversion from new visitors which was key success measure. It is also super easy to navigate the content management system enabling us to take full control of our website in house. We have also been super happy that we have been able to regularly reach out to Mike and the team for support if needed and get technical updates and figma changes to the website when needed.

Project management was excellent. We had a number of great meetings with Mike to really work through the branding and site structure. All deliverables were delivered to timescales and the team are super responsive. They also send you super helpful videos where they take you through step by step how touse the content mgt system or help you flag any issues on the site. This is invaluable to someone who knows not very much technically about websites and figma.

I found the company and people to be super personable and genuinely felt they care about the work they do! What we loved the most was their design and style ethos. I really felt they understood us as a company and they made us a super cool website. We spoke to a number of other providers who could do the technical but didnt have the strong design skills we were looking for.

i really dont think so. We loved the finished product and find it super easy to use which is really important to us. They have also been super helpful in the years that follow and are only an email away when you need help.

Pharrowtech needs a showcase and lead generation website to more accurately reflect their values, ensuring visitors immediately understand the essence of the business and what it offers. The new design needs to help enforce the core values and mission of Pharrowtech, providing clarity, with a concise message about what Pharrowtech strives to achieve. 

The website will allow site visitors to easily find the range of applications, highlighting the extensive knowledge through your collective experience and skillset (team profiles, events, industry news articles, investors, and partners). User Experience (UX) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) will be key to the design and development process. Creating an easy to navigate and intuitive format for site visitors, with clear signposting, syndicated page layouts and consistent format throughout. 

Call to action triggers will be strategically added into the design to help convert site visitors into new, qualified leads (form completions) or calls/emails.
