Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and CEO of Divas in the Kitchen, LLC. We help women enhance their partnerships through food, empowerment, health, wellness, and intimacy. We provide women with the resources to put the spice back in their life.

For what projects/services did your company hire IBJ PR & Marketing Consultants?

IBJ PR & Marketing Consultants create press releases, media kits, TV treatments, graphics, and riders. They also manage our social media accounts and campaigns.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase sales, improve social media engagement, and get more guests at our tour stops. We also sought out to become an international household name as a space for women to gain confidence and healing.

How did you select this vendor?

We’ve always had a fantastic relationship with their CEO. When we discovered that they were going to start a marketing firm, we knew that hiring them would be the best decision for our company. 

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We have strategy meetings every quarter to discuss what we need, describe where we’re headed, and develop a gameplan to achieve our goals. After each meeting, IBJ PR & Marketing Consultants check in every week to make sure we stay on top of our goals. During these check-ins, we are always polishing our press releases, media kits, and social media content to stay relevant. 

What was the team composition?

I’ve worked closely with the CEO and briefly with other team members.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with IBJ PR & Marketing Consultants, our social media engagement has increased, our branding has become more polished and effective, and we have increased traffic to our website and events. They represent us as a household brand.

Their communication is amazing, and our collaboration is highly professional. They check in frequently.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I've been truly blown away by our growth since we started working with them. The caliber of clients they attract, and the amount that they increase our visibility and sales are impressive. IBJ PR & Marketing Consultants is an innovative company. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should hire more people. Their growth will eventually outpace their current team. However, they have done a great job so far. We highly recommend them, and we look forward to using them for all our future needs!
