Barcino is my company has 75 years of history and has always been related to printing. We are now also doing marketing and advertising actions. I am the owner and SEO.

Barcino wanted a website with a powerful SEO relevant Ibid relaunch our brand has achieved thanks to a translation in three languages: Catalan, Spanish and English in a precise, accurate and effective.

I got to know the company thanks to a friend who introduced me to its SEO, Jose Maria Bescós. A professional who has accompanied me along the way since the beginning of the project. Someone to trust

From the beginning I had some texts and a web idea. They worked together with us with face-to-face meetings, video conferencing, documents shared with the Drive, and other practical solutions that have made this daunting task so much easier. The current results show the job so well done.

Frankly I don't know. What I can say is that the only interlocutor was José María Bescós. I think this system of work has made things a lot easier. I have no idea about his back office

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Technically perfect translations. syntax, spelling, constructions, twists. And apart from this important point, the position of my website on the web is among the first in Barcelona. It's incredible!!

From start to finish, we had complete trust in the team. Finding someone you can trust today is not easy

As a media company, we seek to find and contact with new companies that could be interested in our services as a magazines, paper and web, and as a digital designers and creators.

The main factor was the good reviews we saw about Ibidem. Also, this company was recommended by somo other professionals in our sector.

Ibidem gave us a full project of communication helping us to find the best way to communicate our products to potential customers. Also, they gave us several pieces of advice in order to have a successful feedback and, in the process, also get good SEO positioning.

This company was very flexible and listened to everything we wanted to achieve and needed to translate and communicate. We did a one year project in order to achieve the best possible results in the short but also long term.

Their translate and communication project allowed us to reach new customers in a very troubled year when we were losing some of our all-time clients. Thanks to this full communication, translation and SEO project we were able to improve our visibility and regain some financial muscle.

We trusted the company with our strengths and weaknesses and gave them certain amount of freedom in the creation process. Because they are experts in translation, communication and SEO positioning, we were quite surprised of the positive feedback received. They adapt to your company's needs.

No. We were quite satisfied with their services.

I'm the owner and CEO of I LVE FOOD PROJECT, a company that distributes organic food in the spanish market, mainly through other companies but also to consumers directly online.

For what projects/services did your company hire IBIDEM GROUP, and what were your goals?

Our website needed an update few years ago. IT was an old website, orignally from 2010 and competence is being more fierce every year. We needed to translate our site from Spanish to English and Catalan since our headquarters are at Barcelona and local costumers complained about no having the chance to buy in our local language. Something similar happened with English.

We wanted that all the costumers felt like the site was in their language not a filled up with errors translation. Ibidem did a great job.

How did you select IBIDEM GROUP and what were the deciding factors?

Other companies of the group were already collaborating with Ibidem and were really satisfied so it was an easy choice for us. Trust, price, quality and readiness were capital for us.

They were always results oriented, and completely understood our needs and timmings throughout. It all went really smooth, they are a good team to work with.

How many people from the IBIDEM GROUP team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They had a manager who was in charge of our account and two high qualified translators worked in the project for several weeks. One of the was catalan native while the other one was English native which made that everything go really easy.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have myself review many parts of the site and the calatan version it's just perfect. My English is not that good so I have to rely on what our costumers say. I can say that we have stopped receiving the complaints we used to get weekly, now seems that everyone is comfortable with all 3 versions of the website.

All the project went really smooth as I mentioned above. Trasnlators were not only native speakers of the language they were trasnlating to but also very communicative and good teamworkers.

They actually had a lot of patience with our team, which has a lot of pressure on it. IBIDEM GROUP was really talented and professional. They managed the deadlines, quality, and communication needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are experts at detecting people's flaws and weaknesses and I can say that Ibidem's workers impressed me in that sense. Of course they are not perfect but they fit perfect in our highly qualified and human team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, even though they perfectly met the deadlines I felt that they could improve them, some parts of the translation were done some days before the deadline so there was no need to wait. Once they understood that it all went just perfect.

I told them to take advantage of that, let the costumer know you can improve it's expectations!
