Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze reports related to Collection
Oversee the allocation of Collection tasks
Create performance and debt recovery reports
Calculate and manage Incentives & Commissions
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 2 years of experience in MIS or report preparation
Experience in banking and financial institutions (knowledge of Collection will be a plus)
Knowledge of data collection and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and VBA), and data analysis tools
Knowledge and ability to write SQL, Python (a plus)
Ability to work with RPA Power Automate (Desktop, On-Cloud), Power BI, and Power App (a plus)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Creative thinking and continuous self-improvement
Ability to present and solve problems effectively
