We had a number of discovery meetings and we provided them our high level goals and application flow. We have also been working with them for continuous development and enhancements on our application. We strive to provide them with clear flow needs of the application and back end along with screenshots to assist the developers with our overall vision.

We have worked with a Sales Rep, then a technical project manager was assigned along with 2 developers. One developer for our front end development and another for the back end development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started the initial project in February of 2021. We were initially told that it would take 3-4 months from start to finish before we could be live. We had a number of testing issues and overall design misses so the project did not go live until June 2022. We have also contracted with them to do a number of additional enhancements and ongoing support. The team when they are working does a fantastic job, however we have seen a drastic decline in support for our project despite buying more time and hours.

The project management has been ok. They use Zoho projects, email and google docs. The communication could use some improvement as we found working in technical documents within emails became clunky. Once we moved the team to our internal ClickUp instance everything has been moving a lot smoother and cleaner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The CEO is very active and has been great to work with. I also find that their development is very good once you can lock down the team to focus on specific tasks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication and overall customer experience would be great. As I have mentioned the project took much longer than expected, however I can chalk that up to our revisions, potential scope creep and attention to detail so not completely the fault of the company. However we find that continued work and development is spotty from a time perspective. This may likely be that the developers are also on other projects which I understand, but communication stating that would be good and expectations on when they can reengage would be all we ask for. Again the Dev team is GREAT, when they actually work on your project.

Their work is brilliant, and the communication with the project manager and the developers is going great. We’re still in the development phase, so we are also brainstorming from our side and having many many discussions back and forth with them. Hyperlink InfoSystem is kind enough to come up with very good solutions based on their experience. That's why we are very happy with our decision to hire them.

They’ve been doing great so far. I can communicate with them any time when I’m available and have direct access to the project manager. We’re also a part of their project management tool, so we also get updates.

We’re currently making demonstrations of our app with other companies to get feedback from them and understand how far we can take our project. Having a functioning app has been very helpful for our investment rounds.

4 Horses is the first 360’ platform for the horse world and I make it free for all. We had lots of shares during the jumping shows. We wanted to give our services to all equestrians. COVID-19 changed our world a lot and it becomes very important to remain connected all together on a platform like this.

First, they start with the understanding of what kind of app I wanted to develop. I know that the Horse world is not easy to understand when you don’t have any experience. To manage projects and communication, they used a project management tool called Zoho. In Zoho, I made a plan to explain exactly all categories of the app and other details. Based on the plan, they designed UI and start development. They delivered me a beta app with various versions to verify the app flow and with minor changes, they developed a platform to satisfy my business idea.

Hyperlink Infosystem shared all coding files and deliverables last week only for the final test from our team. Earlier, we used manual processes to manage all business operations, and this system helped us to migrate all bookings, customers, and drivers' details to the online platform. Hyperlink InfoSystem team is taking online sessions with our team to explain how the system works. Our team is excited to learn and start work on the platform soon.

Hyperlink InfoSystem’s project management style is quite impressive. The project manager was handling multiple projects at the same time but never disappointed us with our expectations. They wanted happy clients, and it was visible in their work style.

We needed some major changes in payment gateways and processes during the development stage, and they manage it in the best possible way. They used a custom project management tool built by their team for internal use only to manage hours and tasks for the development team. We used Google Meet, Skype, and WhatsApp for communication and emails to exchange any information in writing.

I am impressed with their professionalism and commitment to the clients. They committed us to complete the project in 4 months, developed the custom app from scratch and delivered bug-free solution in four and half months which is beyond our expectation.

I expected Android and iOS apps as deliverables but after discussion, they added the admin panel, restaurants panel, and website to the list of deliverables.

We have signed the contract to start the project first, then they assign us a project manager Mr. Uresh and a team of designers and developers. First, they deliver the wireframe and prototype and after our approval, they start development. Generally, we discussed progress with the team on weekly basis, and they were always ready to present us with some new tasks completed without any errors.

Before sending any file to us, their QA team test it twice for the issues. We are almost completed with the project and after two weeks our maintenance and support time will start.

We are happy with all the deliverables and continue to work on phase 2 with Hyperlink InfoSystem in the next 3 months. Delivered apps are beyond our expectations and help us to launch our business in this very much competitive industry. We are working on the launching strategy and planning to launch it in the first week of June. We have already attracted a wide range of restaurants to register on our app using email marketing and personal meetings in Charleston, SC.

For communication, we used WhatsApp, Skype, and email.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am head of operations at Jeh Resort an online platform to book resorts and hotels in UAE. We developed this platform to deliver the fastest experience of hotel booking. With the help of our app, people can book their rooms in just a few taps with exciting offers and discounts too.

We wanted to build an app to make the hotel booking process easier for the travel industry. We have hired Hyperlink InfoSystem to build Android and iOS native apps, a functional website, web admin panel, and a Salesforce platform to manage bookings and hotel data.

We were looking for app development experts and Salesforce consultant to work on our idea. One of our team members got a reference from his friend for Hyperlink InfoSystem. We have reviewed details about Hyperlink InfoSystem, their past work portfolio, and got several references with positive feedback of Hyperlink InfoSystem from past clients based in Dubai, UAE.

We have approached Hyperlink InfoSystem and discussed our idea with them. They understand our requirement first and gave us the best quote for our needs that suits our budget. And we’re ready to hire them as our tech partner.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

There are so many travel booking platforms available in the industry today. We wanted to launch a platform that focuses more on UX and delivers the best experience to the clients. We have chosen hotels and resort bookings in UAE to start our business.

Initially, we discussed our idea with the Business Analysts team of Hyperlink InfoSystem. They understood our idea and prepared a Scope of work document for our projects with the contract signed by us and Mr. Harnil (CEO & Founder) that states both parties agreed to work on the mentioned requirements.

After the first step completed, they assigned us a project manager who was our point of communication and handled all stages of development. They started with website and app design, and they sent us a prototype of the app for app flow approval. Then they moved to the development stage and started work on Android and iOS native apps, custom Salesforce platform, and website.

They sent us a beta version of every deliverable to check, and as per the feedback they made multiple revisions to deliver bug-free platforms.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were assigned a team of 15–18 person included a project manager, business analysts, account manager, senior developers for Android and iOS, senior backend developers, UI/UX designers, web designers, Salesforce certified developers, and testers. We mostly connected with the Project Manager and Account Manager throughout the development process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They delivered Salesforce platform to manage hotels and resorts data with client booking details. Our team started using this platform for the last 25 days, and they are happy with the solution. We thank Hyperlink InfoSystem for delivering the most user-friendly platform that could be used by any person with some basic technical knowledge. Now, we are excited to launch our platform for all users and deliver them the best services for hotel and resort bookings.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We are satisfied with their project management style. They follow strict processes prior to starting the project, and it made everything go smoothly once the project manager was assigned.

Whenever we needed any help, we directly contacted the project manager or account manager, and one of them was always available to help us. They gave us access to the Zoho project management tool to review the tasks and progress. We used Skype, and Zoom meetings for calls and quick communication.

First phase completed in the given timeline as discussed earlier, and now we are in discussion for the second phase.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed with their ability to deliver the project in the given timeline. They are known for knowledge and expertise in the app development industry. And in our case, it helped us to get the solution in such a short time despite many challenging tasks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They shared App UI first for review, and we needed various changes to it. It will be easier if they can provide two or three samples for the design to finalize. Overall experience is good. We never experience any major dispute.
