Hyperlink InfoSystem

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a printing company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We realized that it was time for us to create an online business management platform for everything we do in our company. We wanted this platform to handle our processes, from order intake to order processing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem developed a fully customized management system for our company. Initially, we had a conversation with them about our needs, and they just made it happen. Before starting the project, I had prepared a manual of what I needed this platform to do, so they used that information to build the platform.

As mentioned, this is a management system for our printing services. Everything starts when we receive artwork from our customers, who upload it to our platform. After that, we input the printing order details into our system so that we can keep a record of every order. This system is cloud-based.

What is the team composition?

We mainly worked with a manager from Hyperlink InfoSystem and another teammate. In total, we worked with around four members of their team.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I found them on Google when looking for companies that could help us out. I contacted a few different companies and ultimately chose Hyperlink InfoSystem.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around €9,000 (approximately $9,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around March 2023, and Hyperlink InfoSystem delivered the platform in October 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our management platform is now ready to go and works perfectly. Therefore, our need was successfully fulfilled.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem was very helpful and communicative. Most of our communication was through messages, which were replied to almost immediately; it was perfect. We also had some conference calls via Skype.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I would like to give a shout-out to Hardik (Business Development Manager), Uresh (Project Manager), and Viraj (Software Engineer).

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can’t think of anything specific to highlight about Hyperlink InfoSystem. Everything was perfect, from the way they helped me to the way they understood the project, made changes, and kept a weekly communication. After launching the first version of the system, I requested some changes, and they implemented them immediately. Overall, we were very satisfied with their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any areas of improvement for Hyperlink InfoSystem.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust them. Whatever the challenge is, Hyperlink InfoSystem can definitely find a solution.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a technology consultant in the healthcare industry. I help clients in healthcare companies, particularly doctors who don’t have much technological knowledge. I have a team of 12 freelancers and consultants all over the US. Together, we process requirements, create diagrams, and provide documentation for our clients’ technological needs.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I’ve hired Hyperlink InfoSystem to help me with my software and app development needs. Hiring a developer in the US costs a lot, and it’s difficult to find skilled resources. Meanwhile, India-based companies have a lot of skilled developers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I have multiple projects with Hyperlink InfoSystem. I give them my idea, and then their business analyst provides documentation for the design, cost, and timeframe. At present, we have around 7–8 projects, including a hardware device, a web booking panel for doctors, and an app. They also do web, IoT, AI, and game development tasks for me. We’ve used technologies such as Python and Laravel. In total, we’ve developed 11 software and apps.

For a specific project, they’ve created a device for doctor appointments. Its features include reports and a piece of software where doctors can connect with patients. It can also identify patterns among patients and diagnose their disease based on those patterns. Hyperlink InfoSystem’s engineers have built that device, and their developers have created its software using React Native.

What is the team composition?

I work with 4–5 project managers, and each of them has a team of around 5–7 developers. In total, I’ve worked with around 60 developers from Hyperlink InfoSystem.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I found them on Clutch, saw their reviews, and contacted them.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested roughly $600,000–$800,000  in their services. For context, different projects have different costs. One of our projects costs $50,000, while another costs $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2019, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All of the software we’ve developed are HIPAA-compliant, and I’m getting the best results from Hyperlink InfoSystem. I’ve seen cost savings for my business. Moreover, a lot of consultants are in my area, but my quote is usually 70% lower than their quotes — that’s because of the team’s affordable services. Overall, I’ve found a good development partner in them.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

The best part is that I receive screenshots of what they’re doing. Every five minutes, if I want to know if a resource is working, I can use Jira to track all screenshots. I also receive weekly reports of their accomplishments. For communication, we use WhatsApp and Skype. I have access to project managers even after office hours. Overall, they’re highly transparent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem is highly flexible and honest — the whole team is amazing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The start of the engagement was a bit bumpy, and it took us time to build trust. However, I’m so happy with them as of now. I’m going to use them for a long time; I can’t run my business without them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you have a good software idea and want to turn it into reality, go with Hyperlink InfoSystem. Believe in them and don’t worry about the cost. Just make sure your requirements and ideas are clear, and they’ll help you make money.

The app enables real-time courier tracking and data management. We’re able to manage all the features on the cloud. Hyperlink InfoSystem has also built a website. We’re planning to continue the partnership in phase two.

What is the team composition?

There are around 12 Hyperlink InfoSystem teammates assigned to the project, including one project manager. I was initially in conversation with the salesperson.

We began working with them in February 2023, and we’re still working with them.

We were looking for a base of development service providers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has maintained the same project manager from start to finish. They deliver everything on time, and they’re always there for us; whenever we have any queries, they respond as soon as possible. We normally communicate through phone or Skype; if we need to send additional details, we use email. They use Zoho as a project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their skills and project management.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m satisfied.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSytem?

We needed Hyperlink InfoSystem to develop our Android app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has developed our Android app based on our business requirements. In addition, the team has developed the web portal for managing the admin side of the app. At the beginning of the project, we provided the team with demo screens and logical diagrams. The Hyperlink InfoSytem team had a very defined documentation process that we followed. They came up with helpful templates for us to utilize and give proper feedback to them in order to develop the right product for us.

What is the team composition?

We work with four people including someone from the sales side, the project side, a web developer, and an app developer.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

The salesperson is very patient and works through the sales cycle to the delivery. He makes sure the client is happy and on track.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We evaluated a few companies online, and Hyperlink InfoSystem outshined their competitors.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2022, and the collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have yet to go live, but Hyperlink InfoSystem has developed an Android app that meets our expectations in only three months. They will test and launch the app on our AWS platform after board approvals.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has delivered the project on time and within budget. The templates that they provide make it easy to input our thoughts and ideas. They fix issues and incorporate change requests without additional charges.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their on-time delivery and excellent follow-up.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Hyperlink InfoSystem’s communication needs to be more flexible and less process-oriented.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be flexible.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CIO of a financial services provider. As a bank, we provide services through mobile devices.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We needed help with mobile application development. Initially, our mobile banking platform provided services only via the web, so we didn’t have a mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Hyperlink InfoSystem to develop the mobile app’s UI and integration with our mobile banking platform. Initially, we had an idea about how the app should look and what the functionalities should be; then, we had some changes later.

We’ve provided Hyperlink InfoSystem with the backend system and all APIs required for the app. Based on that, they’ve developed the interphase and the integration. The core system has been developed internally by our team, and the app has been developed by Hyperlink InfoSystem using a hybrid app development framework; the app is compatible with Android and iOS devices.

What was the team composition?

Initially, we were only in contact with the project manager, but we’ve met with technical team members, including graphic designers and developers, when they’ve had questions.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

Our Google research led us to Clutch, where we found Hyperlink InfoSystem and could see they matched our requirements.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent about $19,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around September 2022, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

First of all, we’ve had a reduction in costs; using a third party instead of our in-house team for this development has allowed us to reduce our initial budget projections. The second success metric is an increase in subscribers. Since we didn’t have a mobile app before, we had a lower number of users, which has changed as a result of the partnership.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate mostly using Skype and email, and use a project management tool called Zoho.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness and flexibility when addressing requirements stand out. Requirements usually evolve for projects like this. When working with other companies, we’ve seen less flexibility in responding to these changes, but Hyperlink InfoSystem has been incredibly flexible in this regard.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This is not within the project scope, but Hyperlink InfoSystem could’ve provided more specific recommendations initially. When we shared the initial requests, they replied with the suggested best practices but not with specific feature suggestions. Considering how experienced they are, we expected them to propose more specific ideas.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I highly recommend working with Hyperlink InfoSystem for several reasons, including their flexibility and value for money. Their price is quite modest for what they deliver, so I highly recommend anyone looking to hire app developers to work with them.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a wheelchair rental platform based in Saudi Arabia.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

Our goal was to offer our rental services through a mobile app, so we needed help with developing two apps: one for drivers and another for customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem helped us develop the mobile apps we needed. Initially, I talked to them about our needs, and they guided me through creating an appropriate analysis and documentation for the project. During this stage, they also helped me define the details of the app.

Then, Hyperlink InfoSystem created a prototype for the product. Once we ensured the prototype had no issues and included what we had requested, they delivered the app's final version. Technically, they delivered four apps: an Android version and an iOS version for both sides of the business.

As for its features, the app allows customers to choose their location and place an order to book one of our wheelchairs for one or several days. The app includes a timer, so clients might need to pay a penalization fee if they deliver it late. Still, they can make payments through the app.

What was the team composition?

I worked with Hyperlink InfoSystem’s manager and a team of developers. The manager was my direct point of contact.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I found them on Google and contacted them. I also saw their reviews on Clutch and discovered that they had very good references, so I decided to work with them. Both their prices and services were great.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and the project took around 6 months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app built by Hyperlink InfoSystem has become crucial for our business. Currently, any customer who wants to use our services has to download our app. As for the app itself, it is stable and works very well, and we haven’t experienced any bugs or crashes.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem delivered everything on time. However, at the end of the project, I requested additional changes, which took them extra time to complete. We communicated via Skype and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing about our engagement was how stable our app turned out to be. Other developers in our country deliver apps with various issues. However, Hyperlink InfoSystem delivered a very good app.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing Hyperlink InfoSystem could have improved on. I was very happy with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hyperlink InfoSystem is a good company to work with; I would highly recommend them.
