We needed to develop a mobile application to interact with students.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We shared our Android app requirements with Hyperlink InfoSystem, which included three beta phases. The app consisted of an interface for students and web interfaces for college users and professors. The team also created an admin panel according to the provided specifications. I then had to scale up the requirements, and we started working on the same process. Hyperlink InfoSystem used Python to develop the app's frontend for Android and created an admin panel in the backend.

In the app, students enrolled and purchased activities and courses, and then they started working on related articles and practical aspects with the automated generation of certificates and reports. Hyperlink InfoSystem provided dedicated resources to code our application. The team also created two web interfaces needed for other franchise holders.

We worked with Hyperlink InfoSystem from September 2022–March 2024. We were waiting to get approval from the Google Play Store to launch our app.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's project was successful. The impact of the Android development project conducted by Hyperlink InfoSystem was necessary, and their implementation model was highly appreciated. We had priorities on the software part because otherwise, the team's work reach would've been monotonous, and the technical work wouldn't been appreciated. 

Hyperlink InfoSystem implemented features according to requirements and corrected a couple of impediments we encountered during development after I highlighted the issues. The team delivered all the app edits I requested, and we were satisfied with the project's results. 

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's delivery time was acceptable because there was a delay on my end in sending the requirement document. Considering the project was developed from scratch, the timeline was reasonable, and I understood that development projects take time. We extended the project timeline as per my requirements. We mostly communicated with the team via Skype and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by Hyperlink InfoSystem's economic rates compared to other development companies. Additionally, the team delivered a user-friendly app. Other developers we've worked with were adamant about accepting changes or modifications. However, Hyperlink InfoSystem took it as a challenge and implemented the changes I requested. Overall, the team was agile and economical.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'd suggest Hyperlink InfoSystem to integrate an AI segment or team to work with other technologies. I think it would be helpful for their business. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest having a clear vision of your project's requirements before engaging with Hyperlink InfoSystem, besides a verbal speech. Prepare documentation with the vision for your project, and this way, Hyperlink InfoSystem will solve the issues quickly. This was helpful for my project.

I’m the CEO of Kitchen Curry, an on-demand catering company focused on serving universities, colleges, and schools. I started this idea with my brother, and through our services, users can pre-order food packets based on our daily menus.

We were doing all our operations manually and wanted a digital channel where users could order and pay for the food because we started contracting with several universities and colleges in Sydney.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem provides mobile app development services for our business. We've started the process by discussing the project with them, including our desire for Android and iOS platforms to cover most of the market. The team is also providing me with the app's UI/UX design, development, and deployment.

Regarding features, the platform allows users to receive notifications and a list of the ingredients we use, mention if they have some sort of allergies, and make online payments for their packages. I've also asked them to optimize the platform for future SEO marketing efforts.

We're currently focusing on the Stripe payment gateways and their customization based on our services. After that, we'll continue with the integration and deployment of the product based on the initial feedback and reviews.

There have been delays on our end because we've been on business trips, and communication is difficult due to our limited access to the internet. Nonetheless, Hyperlink InfoSystem's development timeline is great, and the team is good at taking follow-ups and giving timely updates on the process, for which we're grateful. We're glad that the team has been completing everything on their side before we go off on our trips without missing a deadline.

Regarding communication, we use Jira, where the developers show me the product's demos, and the tech leads are in continuous discussions with me.

Previously, our bespoke web application was developed in an environment, which was excellent for a startup. When we started to grow our business, though, we encountered problems. Hyperlink Infosystem took over to help us move. relational database system and modernize our current Rails-based app. In addition to the primary project, they offer continuing maintenance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our database response times and page load times have significantly improved after working with them. That almost instantly helped us both with our users on the front end and internally on the back end. Anecdotally, we are able to work considerably more effectively thanks to the system, and the migration addressed flaws that we had been battling for years.

The main developer kept us informed of his progress and did a fantastic job overseeing the project overall. He went on to elaborate on his technical procedures, which helped me to make sense of things. Both that and how simple it was to communicate stood out.

Hyperlink InfoSystem developed a fully customized management system for our company. Initially, we had a conversation with them about our needs, and they just made it happen. Before starting the project, I had prepared a manual of what I needed this platform to do, so they used that information to build the platform.

As mentioned, this is a management system for our printing services. Everything starts when we receive artwork from our customers, who upload it to our platform. After that, we input the printing order details into our system so that we can keep a record of every order. This system is cloud-based.

The quality of Hyperlink InfoSystem’s work is top-notch. I’m extremely happy with the app and all the development work that has gone into it. 

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has met all deadlines. They’ve even delivered some items earlier than expected. Their work is also well within our budget. Our main point of communication is through a WhatsApp group.

When issues arise with the app, I can simply email Parth, and he’ll respond right away. He usually tells me that he and his team will look into the issue. Within 24 hours, I’ll get a response; either the technical issues are corrected, or they need more information so they can resolve the issues.

I’m super happy with the experiences I’ve had with them.
