I expected Android and iOS apps as deliverables but after discussion, they added the admin panel, restaurants panel, and website to the list of deliverables.

We have signed the contract to start the project first, then they assign us a project manager Mr. Uresh and a team of designers and developers. First, they deliver the wireframe and prototype and after our approval, they start development. Generally, we discussed progress with the team on weekly basis, and they were always ready to present us with some new tasks completed without any errors.

Before sending any file to us, their QA team test it twice for the issues. We are almost completed with the project and after two weeks our maintenance and support time will start.

We are happy with all the deliverables and continue to work on phase 2 with Hyperlink InfoSystem in the next 3 months. Delivered apps are beyond our expectations and help us to launch our business in this very much competitive industry. We are working on the launching strategy and planning to launch it in the first week of June. For communication, we used WhatsApp, Skype, and email.

The project is in the final stage of testing and development. Till now we are satisfied with the build of apps shared with us. With the idea to build Mobile Apps, we were looking for a good app development company having experience of working in the logistics business. While searching over the Internet, we found one case study by Hyperlink Infosystem for Logistics business.

We have reviewed the same and found it similar to our idea. Hyperlink Infosystem is also a Salesforce certified service provider which perfectly fits our requirement. We have approached them for discussion and after multiple meetings over Skype and Zoom calls, we have hired them for our requirement.

From the initial discussion with our account manager and business analyst team, we have defined the scope first. Their design team provides us wireframe for our apps and final designs in 12-15 days. We don't have much technical knowledge to choose the technologies for our idea. Their team help us with this and used NodeJS for backend and APIs, Kotlin for Android, and Swift for iOS to build apps.

For Salesforce platform, they used Salesforce cloud to manage real-time updates which are suitable for our requirements. Hyperlink Infosystem delivered Mobile Apps for Both Android and iOS platforms, web admin panel, Salesforce platform, and website.

We were facing some difficulties with our existing system. We knew the points where our system was lacking and that help us to build the best solution. For clients and customers, we are planning to launch the solution in the coming months. We launched the Salesforce solution for our employees last month and got some amazing feedback from them.
