It is too early to share any feedback on the solution as it is in the final stage of development, and it will delivered in the coming days. In any successful project completion, good communication is a must. I could say that the Hyperlink InfoSystem team never failed to provide a solution for all my queries. Project Scope is defined first followed by UI/UX design and development stage. They delivered Android/iOS apps and website to test regularly. After my approval, they started working on other tasks.

With seller panel, registered sellers can upload products on our platform, manage offers and discounts, generate reports of their product performance and sell using the same. We tried to make the most possible user-friendly interface for buyers and sellers both.

During the development phase, language was a barrier at some point as we have a team of people speaking Arabic. It could be easier for our team to communicate in native language. But we are fully-satisfied with the outcome.

The project will be live soon after some final testing from our team. All solutions are delivered last week and our team is working on it now. We are excited as we received more than 1000 requests for pre-registration on our platform from local people.

We have assigned Mr. Uresh (Team Leader) as project manager for our needs. He is extremely good at communication and understands the issues raised by our team at any point in the development phase. Zoho projects is used for project management in which we can see the progress of our project tasks. For communication, we have used Skype for quick communication and Zoom meetings.

I am impressed with their dedication to working on any challenging task. During my project, there were some changes required but they manage it without extending the timeline. I have worked with two companies before for different projects, and I can definitely say that Hyperlink InfoSystem is the best partner for a complete digital transformation.

We needed help building out an app.

Hyperlink developed an iOS app and an Android app for me. I’m a designer, so I was able to create the wireframes myself. When certain issues or inconsistencies came up with the UX/UI, however, they still helped me out. 

We used a few APIs, such as the Instagram API, which would allow me to display certain profile previews. They also incorporated third-party integrations to allow me to pull in news articles, podcasts, movies, and TV shows from our partner platforms. 

Their team built out an admin panel for me as well. This channel enables me to add radio stations, display creator profiles, and promote different organizations and charities.

They’ve managed the project well. We’ve gone a little past the deadline, but the delay is due to me wanting to add new features. I’m quite picky and want things a certain way. 

I usually communicate with the project manager or business manager through Skype. Even though we’re in different time zones, they’re always available whenever I need to talk to them. We don’t have any trouble communicating with each other, and they’re just overall a very helpful team.

I haven’t worked with other development companies, so I don’t know how to compare them. I do appreciate their customer service. Because I’m doing this on my own, they walk me through the technical challenges that might come up. During the development process, our main contact point was Mr. Uresh - the project manager, to guide us throughout the development journey. As per my knowledge, more than 15 resources were assigned to our project, including native developers, UI/UX designers, web designers, and QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Initially, we had a four-month timeline to develop and deliver the project. Due to the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, we have to hold the app idea for some time, which affects the timeline given by the company. In the end, all went well, and we got the final product in hour hand, which we had dreamed about before.

We are very satisfied with the delivered product and excited to share it with our audience soon with proper marketing and awareness about our app.

Project management for this type of idea is beyond our expectations. Had an amazing experience with Mr. Uresh. He understands our point of confusion and guides us on the best way to know the progress each time on-call or by email. They used Skype and Zoom meetings for quick calls and chats, Zoho for project planning and execution, and emails to get in touch regularly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a project manager for an event management company, I have worked with many clients and businesses in the past. As per my experience with Hyperlink InfoSystem, I can say that they went beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We have also visited their office to get an idea of how they work, their culture, employees, company infrastructure, and everything is impressive. We will indeed work with them on our next requirement, and we recommend businesses choose them for their tech needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We faced an issue with the timelines. There was some delay in the delivery of the final product. As I mentioned earlier, we have to stop working on this idea for a few months because the pandemic hit our industry hard. And to start again with the development process takes some time. Ultimately, we are happy with the final delivered product.

We hired Hyperlink InfoSystem to develop our mobile e-commerce application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem started the cross-platform mobile app development process by ensuring they understood our project and business requirements and documentation. Then, they completed the UX/UI design and logic mapping. Once we finalized those pieces, Hyperlink InfoSystem began mobile app development; they also developed a web-based application. Both the web and mobile apps were linked through the backend system that has an administrative panel. 

Customers can submit orders through the app, which my teammates can then review on the backend. We can monitor orders and track product metrics to determine the most appealing products.

Hyperlink InfoSystem’s designs are brilliant — we’ve only had to make minor adjustments. The backend administrative panel Hyperlink InfoSystem’s team developed is easy to manage. 

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem generally delivers on time despite project changes. They have clear and direct communication. Their team is open to understanding new logic mapping and systems. We use Zoom to communicate and Trello and Excel to manage the project and budget.

Hyperlink InfoSystem’s team is flexible and responsive — their communication is excellent.

I’m very satisfied with Hyperlink InfoSystem’s work, but I do wish they’d provide more details in their communications.
