With the idea to build Mobile Apps, we were looking for a good app development company having experience of working in the logistics business. While searching over the Internet, we found one case study by Hyperlink Infosystem for Logistics business.
We have reviewed the same and found it similar to our idea. Hyperlink Infosystem is also a Salesforce certified service provider which perfectly fits our requirement. We have approached them for discussion and after multiple meetings over Skype and Zoom calls, we have hired them for our requirement.

From the initial discussion with our account manager and business analyst team, we have defined the scope first. Their design team provides us wireframe for our apps and final designs in 12-15 days. We don't have much technical knowledge to choose the technologies for our idea. Their team help us with this and used NodeJS for backend and APIs, Kotlin for Android, and Swift for iOS to build apps.
For Salesforce platform, they used Salesforce cloud to manage real-time updates which are suitable for our requirements. Hyperlink Infosystem delivered Mobile Apps for Both Android and iOS platforms, web admin panel, Salesforce platform, and website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were facing some difficulties with our existing system. We knew the points where our system was lacking and that help us to build the best solution. For clients and customers, we are planning to launch the solution in the coming months. We launched the Salesforce solution for our employees last month and got some amazing feedback from them.

We are impressed with the project manager Mr. Deep and the team of Hyperlink InfoSystem. They understand our requirements before starting development and update us on regular basis with the process. For project management, they used Zoho projects and for communication used WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom calls, and email. There was some minor delay in the project but it was expected based on the size of our requirements.

Hyperlink developed an iOS app and an Android app for me. I’m a designer, so I was able to create the wireframes myself. When certain issues or inconsistencies came up with the UX/UI, however, they still helped me out.
We used a few APIs, such as the Instagram API, which would allow me to display certain profile previews. They also incorporated third-party integrations to allow me to pull in news articles, podcasts, movies, and TV shows from our partner platforms.
Their team built out an admin panel for me as well. This channel enables me to add radio stations, display creator profiles, and promote different organizations and charities.

They’ve managed the project well. We’ve gone a little past the deadline, but the delay is due to me wanting to add new features. I’m quite picky and want things a certain way.
I usually communicate with the project manager or business manager through Skype. Even though we’re in different time zones, they’re always available whenever I need to talk to them. We don’t have any trouble communicating with each other, and they’re just overall a very helpful team.

I haven’t worked with other development companies, so I don’t know how to compare them. I do appreciate their customer service. Because I’m doing this on my own, they walk me through the technical challenges that might come up. They help me understand what my options are and what’s the most cost-effective way to move forward. After the scope of work, their team started working on UI/UX designs from wireframe to prototype.
Once we approved the designs, they started working on development using the latest relevant technologies for our app. They send us app builds weekly to get our feedback regularly; this helps us understand and improve how the final product works. They have an excellent team of QA who reviewed our app and made sure to deliver a bug-free solution.

We were in discussion with the Business Development Manager and 2 Business Analysts at the start of the discussion. We were clear with our scope of work before signing the contract. So, we choose the fixed price model.
During the development process, our main contact point was Mr. Uresh - the project manager, to guide us throughout the development journey. As per my knowledge, more than 15 resources were assigned to our project, including native developers, UI/UX designers, web designers, and QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Initially, we had a four-month timeline to develop and deliver the project. Due to the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, we have to hold the app idea for some time, which affects the timeline given by the company. In the end, all went well, and we got the final product in hour hand, which we had dreamed about before.
We are very satisfied with the delivered product and excited to share it with our audience soon with proper marketing and awareness about our app.
