Hype Group worked with us across branding, marketing strategy, advertising, graphic design, web presence, and client-facing collateral. Their scope included helping refine how The Policyholder Advocacy Group was positioned in the market, developing clearer messaging around our services, improving the consistency and professionalism of our brand, and creating marketing materials that supported client acquisition and referral relationships. Key deliverables included brand and messaging guidance, advertising and promotional materials, graphic design, website-related work, business cards and other printed collateral, and ongoing creative support as the company grew. Their work helped us present a more credible and consistent image to prospective clients, referral partners, and other professionals in a competitive, trust-driven industry.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the engagement, The Policyholder Advocacy Group experienced substantial growth in client acquisition and market visibility. One of the clearest outcomes was the acquisition of approximately 400 sinkhole clients during the period when Hype Group was supporting our marketing, branding, and positioning efforts. Those claims ultimately resulted in roughly $52 million in recoveries for policyholders. I would not attribute that entire result to marketing alone, since the outcome also depended on referrals, sales, claim handling, negotiation, and execution. But Hype played a meaningful role in strengthening our brand, improving how we communicated our value, and supporting our ability to attract and convert prospective clients in a highly competitive market.

Hype Group consistently met deadlines, communicated effectively throughout the project, and responded quickly when questions or issues came up. Brooke and her team were proactive about providing feedback, making revisions, and keeping projects moving without unnecessary delays. They were dependable, easy to reach, and consistently followed through on what they committed to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What set Hype Group apart was the combination of strategy, creativity, and follow-through. Brooke and her team took the time to understand the business and the audience before recommending anything. They were willing to challenge ideas, explain why they thought a different direction would work better, and then carry that thinking through the final work. They also communicated well, met deadlines, and stayed involved until the project was right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hype Group could have done differently?

I honestly do not have much to criticize. If anything, I wish we had taken advantage of more of what Hype offered at the time. Brooke and her team consistently gave us strong ideas, and looking back, there were likely opportunities where we could have done even more with them.
