Main goal in the stage where Hygge were involved was to implement new login method and new payment method into already existing and working planform. And secondary were quite a lot minor tasks, like rearanging email notifications logic, make better order in envorinments configuration and project documentation, regular consultation and advices etc.

Both new payment and login method work as they should, all found bugs were fixed, project is up and running

Guys showed good flexibility and real agile approach. They were patient to all the questions, provided reports in required views, rearranged delivery process to meet the ongoing needs

We were looking for a reliable tech partner since we need to add specific expertise to our in-house development team. We knew that the client had sophisticated software requirements so we were looking for a development team with a particular expertise.

We have chosen Hygge after careful consideration since they have met our criteria. They are experts in JavaScript and have proven experience in our business domain. We have checked references, their case portfolio and decided to move forward.

The team is responsible for building the lead management platform from scratch using NodeJS, VueJS, React and PHP tech stack. Each team member had deliverables each iteration, as assigned, including R&D, Development, Testing, and Releasing.

We've hired 3 backend engineers, 1 DevOps.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Right after the product launch we received extremely positive feedback from our client, who immediately witnessed the increase in operational efficiency. The timing required to process inbound leads has been improved as well.

I would mention smooth internal communication, based on Scrum ceremonies, hands-on approach of their PM, and timely feedback.

Their approach went far beyond development. All team members worked in full alignment with our inhouse team in an attempt to reach the client's business goals.
