Increasing the number of the Seniors and Technical Leads. Although we recently started our collaboration with Human Rise, it feels like forever. The most important thing that I appreciate in our collaboration is definitely professionalism and their ability to deliver quality, good process and excellent communication with the candidates.

Keep up the good work ladies. From my experience, there is no other agency like Human Rise. Human Rise is more than an agency, it is a great partner to go along with. Trustful, professionists and developing relationships with the candidates and the companies with whom they work, it’s a pleasure to collaborate with you.

We needed help with recruitment efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Human Rise Agency is helping us recruit developers based on the job descriptions that either we create, or they help us develop. The team also performs market research to find candidates, screen them, and then send them to us for an interview. In addition, they help with the onboarding process for the newly hired.

What was the team composition?

We’ve been working directly with Diana (Founder), but other 2–3 members of Human Rise Agency are involved in the process.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent $20,000–$25,000

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Human Rise Agency has been able to find the right candidates for our company. They source good candidates that integrate well into our company — every person we’ve hired is still working with us.

How did Human Rise Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Human Rise Agency’s team is very transparent, communicative, and on the spot. Regarding tools and communication, we use emails and weekly Microsoft Teams meetings.

Diana does a great job managing the process and has no issues getting her hands dirty.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Human Rise Agency’s speed in finding resources is impressive.

So far, I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
