What challenge were you trying to address with HRXconnect?

We needed HR support, mostly with recruitment, since we didn't have a recruitment specialist in our company. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially met with HRXconnect to share our recruiting needs, job descriptions, and how we wanted to present the job postings. HRXconnect would then use this information to search for candidates. HRXconnect also offered support with HR projects and accounting when our company's accountant left. Our accounting team uses QuickBooks, although I'm unsure if HRXconnect worked with this software since I don't work directly with the accounting department.

What is the team composition?

We only worked with one teammate.

How did you come to work with HRXconnect?

HRXconnect was a contact of our CEO.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with HRXconnect in the spring of 2022, and our project concluded in the summer of 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

HRXconnect helped us recruit the required candidates. The team completed research on the project and was able to find candidates for our company.

How did HRXconnect perform from a project management standpoint?

HRXconnect provided information on time and communicated via phone calls, Slack, and Microsoft Teams meetings.

I want to give kudos to the HRXconnect teammate we work with for providing a proactive approach to HR consulting, recruiting, and accounting. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

HRXconnect's biggest strength was their proactive and fast service in all the requests we had. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything HRXconnect can improve — the team met our requirements. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest customers provide a detailed scope and speak to HRXconnect about their company's culture so they can accomplish the required tasks with an understanding of their business.

HRXconnect delivered the work before time the best part was they were very proactive on all the needs and communication. We had an issue with one of the candidates and HRXconnect stepped in and solved the conflict.
