I’m the executive assistant of NNRoad, a business services company. We provide technology-driven employer of record (EOR) services, enabling companies to hire global talent without establishing local entities by managing employment, payroll, and compliance.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire HROne to accomplish for NNRoad, especially regarding your global employment and compliance services?

We needed help with compliant local employment operations.

HROne has helped us with local hires in Shanghai and Beijing. The team has mainly focused on employment management and compliance. Their work includes contracts, payroll, social security, commercial insurance, and taxes.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from HROne.

How did you come to work with HROne?

We found them through an online search. We chose them because our company values aligned.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had no issues with employment in China. HROne is reliable; we’ve had no issues with the employees or officials. Onboarding is very fast, and we think it’s cost-effective than having our own office. EOR works very well for us. Employee satisfaction is greatly improved because we have a local team to support us. We only provide the monthly variances, and HROne handles the rest.

How did HROne perform from a project management standpoint?

HROne’s project management is effective. They deliver on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

HROne is reliable, responsible, and timely. They’re always ready to help. We have positive feedback from our employees, too.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could enhance their digital presence.

It has been really smooth.

What did you find most impressive about this vendor?

Our account manager, Lizzie Meng is kind, patient, thoughtful, and she is always there no matter what kind of problems or issues we encounter, and she always get if fixed for us in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend her for anyone who have needs of HROne's services.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much I can think of.
