How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I had the pleasure of meeting HR-Lab’s CEO, Arleta, during one of the industry events. I was impressed by her business knowledge and our business talks led to our cooperation.

Daily management of Workeo’s recruitment team members, acting as account managers for our clients, mentoring our team members, helping with ongoing projects (preparation, management, overseeing candidates, communicating with clients), employer branding, candidate experience.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Four people including the CEO. The rest of the team are recruitment partners.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The cooperation with HR-Lab brought a huge difference to our company. With their provided expertise, our internal recruitment team have noticed an increase in their efficiency as well as gained access to much more knowledge than before. With Arleta’s guidance, we’ve been able to better organise our internal processes and the rest of HR-Lab’s team keep on supporting our employees in their everyday tasks related to recruitment or other matters.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I can’t recommend HR-Lab enough; the girls really feel like part of our company. If your company needs any help with either direct IT recruitment or team management, HR-Lab are the best people to turn to.
