Horus Technology was hired by Tennyson Systems to build OneVolume, an AWS-native generative AI platform for analyzing software contracts. Key deliverables:

• The platform extracts more than 19 contract fields and product SKUs,
• uses vendor-specific prompts,
• validates calculations, and automatically corrects inconsistencies.
• The project also included a production dashboard for monitoring Total Contract Value, secure user access and permissions, audit-ready contract acceptance, a customer landing page, and a complete AWS processing pipeline using Amazon S3, Step Functions, Lambda, Amazon Bedrock, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Thier ability to see and understand my vision for the product in a detailed way, and use this to anticipate functionality, UI and UX that will make the product better. Also thier dedication to customer support. They go above and beyond to make sure inquiries are always answered, they make detailed notes of every call without missing any important details, and above all else the team is friendly, approachable, and able to polietly "dumb down" the technical details and explain them in a way that I as a non technical person can understand.

I can't think of much, they have never missed a deadline, meeting or under delivered any solution I've asked for. My only regret is that I cannot work faster on my end to the point where I can allow them to develop at the pace they are capable of.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Horus Technology to accomplish?

• Consolidate fragmented infrastructure into AWS. Lintra builds healthtech platforms for senior-care and assisted-living facilities. Our stack was fragmented across Supabase, Clerk, Vercel, MongoDB, and scattered AWS assets, driving up operational costs and complicating HIPAA and SOC 2 readiness. We engaged Horus Tech to unify everything under a unified AWS footprint leveraging Aurora PostgreSQL, Cognito, Amplify Hosting, CloudFront, and Bedrock. The goal was driving down recurring cloud costs, establishing a proper compliance baseline, and streamlining management—all while preserving full data integrity without breaking active workflows for facility admins and caregivers.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Horus Tech managed the migration from discovery through testing, deployment, and handover. They reviewed our Supabase, Clerk, Vercel, MongoDB, AWS, and GitLab environments before designing the new AWS architecture. They migrated PostgreSQL to Amazon Aurora, messaging data to DynamoDB and S3, authentication to Amazon Cognito, and hosting to AWS Amplify with CloudFront and AWS WAF. They also implemented encryption, IAM controls, monitoring, audit logging, and other security measures for a HIPAA-eligible workload. Before the final cutover, they tested a parallel copy of the system and prepared detailed rollback and decommissioning plans. Horus also handled AWS funding, opportunity registration, and Bedrock model-access support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Horus Tech migrated all 33 database tables and 836 records with zero data loss or mismatches. The new AWS architecture reduced our estimated monthly infrastructure costs by approximately 65%, from $227 to $78. They created seven infrastructure-as-code stacks that our team can manage and redeploy independently. The project also established a stronger compliance foundation with encryption, audit logging, access controls, and HIPAA-eligible AWS services. We received ten handover documents, including migration reports, security findings, rollback plans, and operating instructions. Horus also secured AWS Partner funding, so the migration had no cost to us, and provided Bedrock model access at cost with no markup.
