The Sole Drifter website project delivered a full Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme upgrade and complete brand refresh from “Birkenstock in the Hills” to Sole Drifter Hahndorf, launched in late 2024. The scope included developing a new brand identity (logo, colours, typography and imagery) and full site rebranding on soledrifter.com.au. We migrated to a modern Shopify 2.0 theme with section-based customisation, creating a cleaner, mobile-first design featuring intuitive navigation, an enhanced homepage with featured collections and strong CTAs, and optimised product pages. Key improvements covered user experience enhancements, basic SEO, content migration, app integrations, performance optimisation, testing and client training. Delivered end-to-end, the project built a scalable, professional e-commerce platform that better reflects the premium multi-brand store while strengthening the connection to the Hahndorf physical store (est. 2003).

Their project management was excellent. Everything was delivered on time, and when there were delays, they were on my side due to me upgrading designs and refining assets. Raksha was especially helpful in explaining each step in a way I could understand as someone new to e-commerce, and many requested changes were implemented live during meetings, often in real time. That level of responsiveness, patience, and hands-on support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Honestly, I had a very positive experience and from my perspective, there is nothing I would suggest changing.
