• Given the growth of the team, we needed a СTO who could make a qualitative assessment of the project, select a team for its implementation, manage the development process and interaction with the client. Due to the fact that this was a very important role for us and also very urgent, we decided to close it not only in-house.

We needed to see at least 5-7 candidates to make a choice in favor of someone. The guys did not insist on exclusivity, so we also worked on this vacancy internally. For the agency, the stage consisted of: 

1. Prescreening 
2. Interview with the invited technical specialist 
3. Collection of references 
4. Interview with the CEO of the company 
5. Pre-offer meeting with the candidate 
6. Developing and sending an offer to the candidate 
7. A little help in onboarding We were hoping to close this position in 1.5-2 months.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable criteria of success in our project were hiring a CTO for our company and the number of quality candidates in the earlier stages of recruitment.

Management style corresponded with business standards. Communication tools included Google meets, e-mails and visits to the HireForYou.Pro office in Krakow. Project tasks were have solved in a shorter time than we expected.

The most valuable thing to us turned out to be: 

1. A very pinpointed approach to the request. The guys found out details that we had not even thought about at the time of our search. 
2. Very high understanding of the area of their Recruiting lead Xenia. It felt like you were talking to a developer, not a recruiter. It was simply amazing! 
3. Fix-price work. First time working on this model, but we are sure this should be an industry standard!!! 

We had no doubts about the transparency of the process as the company's compensation does not change with the cost of the candidate! As a result, we had a very wide disparity in salary expectations of candidates. From previous experience, we almost always showed candidates at the upper end of the salary range. As a result, we were able to evaluate very relevant candidates, not only on hard skills, but also on values. 

We were confident in the quality as we received very detailed feedback after the prescreen and feedback from previous employers of candidates we were interested in. This was one of the first times I was happy to pay for a service of this nature! I recommend HireForYou.Pro to everyone!

A very detailed job description of the position has been compiled, both in terms of HardSkill's and SoftSkill's. A survey of income levels of similar candidates for the regions of interest has been carried out. A full cycle of recruitment services (sourcing, pre-screening, all stages of the interview, preparing an offer, short onboarding).
