We had the website hosted in a datacenter with old technologies and practically no support. Our goal was to have a scalable HA infrastructure, improving the user experience by reducing load time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had several meetings with different vendors, but HADO was simple and clear about the solution.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First they took care of redirecting the dns to amazon servers, and deployed an ELB with web server instances, and others for the application layer, in different availability zones with an auto scaling group multi AZ. Also they deployed the database Amazon RDS in both AZ.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a consultant and a cloud infrastructure devops

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When the website was online we noticed a big improvement in loading times. We can really trust the cloud and We are calm as our website is now HA.

The work was done at the agreed times and we had daily reports. In addition, each query of ours was answered by their experts in the cloud.

I am satisfied with how the work was done.

First, they did an Assessment of the current IT State. Then, they proposed a Cloud provider, and a new Architecture. At last, they implemented the solution.

I worked with Pablo and Team. They gave daily updates during the process.

We reached our goals: The Infra now is in the Cloud, is HA and we need to recreate the infra in case of Disaster, we can do it really fast.
