Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the executive director and co-fouder of a non profit that provides mental health support, emotional skills training and mentorship of teens.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hilton Multimedia, and what were your goals?

Working in the teen mental health industry we wanted to find away to get the word out about what is involved in all we do and how others can use it, be a part of it or apply it. Our goal was to have a clear and captivating advertisement to use for potential investors and to increase sales.

We wanted these clips for our social media channels, website and for use with our QR code for quick, concise, engaging information.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We actually looked for different video production sources nation wide. We ended up choosing Hilton because of his support in our passion, his excellence in his work, his ability to communicate concisely, and his incredible guidance with concept development. We loved that he was local and was also able to bring his expertise into other areas of our non profit.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Hilton Multimedia worked so well with our team as we are spread out from coast to coast. We started with a brainstorm session and mapped out our goals and he helped us narrow down our concept into something concise, engaging, inviting and deliverable. He then created scripts for us in each area of need and walked us through the storyboard concept.

Not only did he deliver a powerful video, but did it in such a timely way so I could personal use it with a last minute event with our potential investors. He handled the excellent voiceover, provided footage and incorporated some of our own. It was delivered in an easy to use, quality format for use on all platforms of media.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We got to work directly with the owner. Andy helped us stay organized and build a project timeline for each of our needs. He worked so flexibly with us and any changes we needed to make. He communicated well with us and caught our vision and made it into a tangible concept. He provided excellent direction and guidance for each step of the process.

He make it easy and seamless. We came to him overwhelmed and he took total lead for us and brought everything together flawlessly. It was so incredible we are looking forward to starting another ongoing project with him taking our workshops to an online concept.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We showed our video to investors and networking groups and they were able to understand more of what we are about. It peeked their interest and provided a great entry for them to learn more about what we do.

His work has added a depth of creditability and professionalism to our organization. Our viewers have loved the style, as well as the professional quality and sound. They were also kept engaged.

The whole team is so wonderful to work with. They kept us updated and were even able to pivot on short notice when we had new opportunities arise. We worked over phone, face-time and in person.

They are easy to get ahold of and we felt treated with priority and excellence. They worked so well with our staff and were so supportive our our goals and vision.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took the time to listen to us, to help us process what we really wanted, what we needed and helped us prioritize each concept properly on a timeline so we could execute with the best impact. They brought great suggestions to the table and even helped us think outside the box.

Helped us broaden our reach and create more clarity of our product. It was refreshing and empowering to work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish we could have had them be apart of more of our workshops so we can take our product to the next level. But they did amazing working with our needs within our budget and we look forward to working with them in our next phase! Greatly pleased and impressed.

Hilton Media is very responsive. They answer the phone, respond to emails, and are on time, available, and present at our monthly update meetings. The website was ready and on time. The continuous tweaking of our website and online platforms is taken care of quickly and correctly.

Andy works with us from every step of the process to creating, implementing, and produces media content, radio advertisements, press releases. He comes to take pictures of our team on site, he makes himself available whenever we may need him.

Andy and I worked together along with the Getem president.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen continued growth since working with Andy over the years. He has helped us increase our branding presence around the area, produced higher quality media products like commercials and pictures, and a steady increase of profit over the years.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet with Andy on a monthly basis and speak over email/phone/text almost weekly. If I need Andy, he's always there. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Andy is professional; he shows he is passionate about his clients and profession and works well with our team. He is committed to helping Getem Services be the best it can be. He has nominated us for awards, sends ideas on a frequent basis to help all divisions of our company, he learns about what we do and who are customers are.
