I have engaged this team for multiple projects on behalf of an RV client. They became my go-to production house for lifestyle content videos targeting families and couples. Though I brought them in after script development, Megan always had good suggestions to plus up dialog or direction. They handled every aspect of production from casting to final cut.

Even when budgets were tight, they never skimped on production values. Always an exceptional team (director, DP, gaffer, sound, crafty, special effects, everyone). Our projects together included a campaign of comedy shorts; a series of testimonials; and a brand anniversary anthem.

Using powerful interview content showcasing Club Cat's founder and key staff as well as customer testimonials, Hike creative produced an end-to-end corporate and brand video that conveys to potential franchisees what Club Cat's unique selling proposition as one of the only truly luxury cat hotels in the country and Orange County's first. Deliverables included:

• Pre-production, including creative development and production prep.
• 1x day of filming brand film content (interview and b-roll) on site in Irvine, CA.
• Crew includes Director/Producer, Cinematographer, Swing.
• Equipment includes 2x 4K camera packages, lensing, support, interview lighting and grip kit, interview sound kit.
• Hair/makeup and wardrobe touch ups provided on set.
• Post production for 1x 2-minute brand film. Post includes 3x rounds of revisions, color grading, sound mix, royalty free music track from Hike’s stock library, basic 2D text graphics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased quantity and quality of leads. Also, a much deeper understanding of the heartbeat of why Club Cat is which, as Simon would purport, helps inform the who and the what. We have received extremely positive feedback that our corporate video really spoke to potential franchisees.

We hired Hike Creative after an exhaustive search in which we interviewed 5 other video production companies. We had a hard deadline of end of July and Megan and her team were ridiculously organized to meet our deadline with a deliverable that was of the highest quality possible. With the wrong production team this would have been very stressful but I knew I was in excellent hands and trusted in my decision to hire the best team. And I did!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Where to begin! Megan is not only extremely professional, experienced, and talented, but she is so down-to-earth and therefore very fun and easy to work with. What struck me most was her enthusiasm and passion for Club Cat's project. That is so important to me as a business owner. This is my baby and that she regarded our company and vision so highly made such a difference.

Her production team was also very professional. In fact, it was so clear they strived for perfection evidenced by their desire to redo interviews and spend as long as they needed to achieve that end. Hike is truly a class act.

It is rare that I do not have constructive feedback but I honestly do not. They managed all of our expectations ahead of time. Inevitably issues come up in this type of environment and they all handled them adeptly, professionally, and effectively.
