I am director of Tailored Styling. We source luxury goods for HNWI’s worldwide.

We use Hike to source and plan our Instagram content and have been working with them for almost 2 years now.

How did you select HIKE Agency and what were the deciding factors?

They approached us and offered their services, I liked what they had to say and decided to give them a try. I really felt like they understood the aesthetic of my business.

After discussing what I wanted the Instagram to look like we tried various different ways of communicating and planning the content. They would source the images and allow me to sign off content ready to post before they executed posting. They also worked on the engagement and growing followers to generate more leads

Two. Elliot who is the owner of the business as well as their Tik Tok specialist during the time we were testing the waters with this platform.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen great success and I am now completely hands off with the socials apart from requesting to make tweaks to posts or wording here or there. We also have a great flow of new leads coming into our DM which do turn into sale.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very, I have never struggled to reach them and they are constantly in touch with updates and new ideas.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The hands on approach and not feeling like just another client. They really take the time with me. I love their design skills and make my content ideas look so professional.

We are a boutique consulting company, specializing in working with startups and early-stage businesses to help them launch, grow and expand.

We wanted to switch our limited marketing budget from Google Adwords (where increasing costs were driving our CAC too high). We needed someone to help us improve our social media presence and build lead generation ad campaigns.

Hike was recommended to us.

After a kickoff meeting, Hike helped refresh our existing social media channels (most hadn't been updated since 2018). He then built a number of social campaigns which he continued to test and refine. To date, we have a pipeline of 200+ quality leads, with an average cost per lead of £1.98.

We worked directly with Elliott.

We are generating leads at a cost of about £1.98 per lead. We were previously spending £5+ per click on Google AdWords.

Workflows were extremely easy.
