We worked with High On Tales to create aa set of product explainer videos for our platform. The scope included understanding our product, scripting and creating videos that clearly explain how our AI product works. Key deliverables were multiple short explainer videos focused on different product features and workflows.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos helped us cut down our customer education time from 20-25 mins to literally zero in most cases since we were able to just share the videos and our help center with them. To quantify, the videos helped us save atleast a few hours every week and helped our sales team to send these videos as leave-behinds after calls, that boosted close rates. The quality was solid and we are very happy with the outcome.

Nothing major I'd say. Maybe we could have spend a bit more time aligning on our needs better to cut down 1-2 rounds of feedback. The team was very accommodating of our requests during the process.

High on Tales supported us across multiple learning and awareness initiatives focused on cybersecurity and digital safety. Their work included the design and development of gamified eLearning courses, interactive learning experiences, and bite-sized awareness videos covering cyber frauds, phishing, social engineering, and related topics. In addition to our direct projects, they also delivered several bespoke eLearning courses for our clients as a eLearning content development partner. Key deliverables included animation, interactive assessments (based on our guidance), voiceover integration, and final SCORM-compliant learning modules ready for deployment.

The courses and awareness assets received positive feedback from stakeholders and learners for their engagement, clarity, and ease of understanding. The gamified approach significantly improved learner participation compared to traditional content formats. High on Tales consistently delivered quality learning solutions across multiple projects, enabling us to meet client timelines and expand our learning portfolio. Their ability to handle complex custom eLearning requirements helped us successfully execute projects at scale while maintaining quality standards.

The team maintained good communication throughout the engagement and kept us informed on project progress at key stages. They were responsive to feedback and worked collaboratively to address revisions and evolving project requirements. While there may have been one or two instances where timelines shifted slightly due to project complexity or changing requirements, these were not significant and were communicated in advance. Overall, the team remained dependable, flexible, and committed to delivering quality outcomes that met our expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One aspect we appreciated was High on Tales' effort to understand the subject matter before developing the learning assets. Unlike many agencies that focus mainly on production, they took time to understand the context and objectives. Their ability to combine the structure of an eLearning partner with the creativity of an animation studio helped create learning experiences that were both engaging and aligned with the intended outcomes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HIGH ON TALES could have done differently?

Overall, we were satisfied with the engagement. On some projects, we would have appreciated a few more proactive suggestions and alternative approaches during the planning phase. However, the team was collaborative, open to feedback, and always willing to refine the solution based on project needs.
