We are department of a medical university. The department consolidates clinical data and organizes it into data warehouses, oversees further processing, operates a structured data collection and reporting platform, and provides a foundation for clinical research projects.

The main deliverables were the data processing system itself and a corresponding web interface to display structured data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The scope of data extracted by the system is comprehensive for at least 5 test patients, based on the testing documentation and scenario (Golden set) as predetermined. 

The solution under development:

• Can be integrated into a HIS (Hospital Information System) database.
• Complies with Hungarian data protection regulations and is GDPR compliant.
