We always receive good feedback from the client. They’ve been able to make big improvements. They can make a complex subject very easy to understand for people who don’t deal with SEO regularly. They do excellent analysis.

How did seoberlino perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is very good. Alex is a scrum master and agile coach. He’s very responsible. We communicate once a week or every two weeks. They’re always on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They know what to do. Alex can create a team from scratch and give you a 360-degree point of view. This distinguishes them from others.

Are there any areas they could improve?

He could do more marketing for himself and be more proactive. It’s nice that he’s not that proactive because he’s very humble, but he could push the client more into the direction that they need.

The atlassian infrastructure to introduce agile workflows was reworked. Ceremonies were moderated on a weekly cadence. Team members started to work in a planned rhythm and had better focus.

Very effective. I catched-up with Alex on a daily basis and he was very responsive and open to comments and new ideas.
