I am the Senior Software Systems Consultant of a fragrance manufacturing company.

The company works with its clients to create fragrances used as components in the products that their clients manufacture.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire HexaCorp to accomplish?

• To provide a Senior and a Junior software engineer to learn, maintain, and enhance the companys' custom ERP
• Later the mission changed to moving the client onto the parent company’s systems, as the parent company wanted all subsidiaries to use the same system.

• Provide support for the ERP system including trouble shooting and new user setup. 
• Data exports and imports.
• • The HexaCorp team worked with myself and departmental teams from the client to enhance current modules and develop new ones. The process was very collaborative.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Feedback from all departments was extremely positive.
• The rapport the senior engineer developed with the departments was outstanding.

The goal was for me to step back over time while the senior engineer stepped forward. This he did with great skill while also managing the junior engineer. Eventually he took the lead during many of the meetings with the client and independently came up with brilliant solutions to difficult problems. After about four years the parent company (who recently acquired my client) decided to move the client onto their systems. We switched gears, worked with their integration teams, and about a year and a half later successfully went live.

• It was a pleasure working with them. No drama.

None comes to mind. It was a great 5 years.

Their team takes the time to explain the options we have to resolve an issue and is able to describe the roadblocks if we take that path. Have proven to be very trustworthy.

This is our second year working together and we are satisfied. If there was anything I would communicate with them - they are very responsive, reasonable and accommodating.
