The scope of work included managing our end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Hemiton Global worked closely with our team to collect payroll inputs, validate employee data, calculate salaries, manage statutory deductions, and support payroll reporting. 

Key deliverables included monthly payroll processing, payslip generation, salary disbursement support, PF, ESI, PT, and TDS compliance, payroll reports, tax-related assistance, and ongoing payroll support. Throughout the engagement, they maintained accuracy, met payroll deadlines consistently, and ensured compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, allowing our team to focus on core business operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the biggest improvements was that payroll started running much more smoothly and on time every month. We spent less time dealing with payroll-related issues, and our HR team could focus on other important work. The process became more organized, employee queries were handled quickly, and we had greater confidence that all compliance requirements were being taken care of properly.

Their project management was well organized and reliable. They consistently delivered payroll on time and kept us informed throughout the process. Whenever we had questions or last-minute changes, the team responded quickly and was always willing to help. Their team was approachable, proactive, and always available when we needed support, which made working with them easy and stress-free. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hemiton Global could have done differently?

Overall, we had a very positive experience working with Hemiton Global. There weren't any major issues during the engagement. If anything, it would be great to see them continue expanding their reporting and analytics features, but this wasn't something that affected the quality of their service. We were satisfied with the overall experience.
