We needed a rockstar copywriter, he has been doing tremendous work from the get-go, always willing to go above and beyond. I wanted Helmi to write all my customers copies for email marketing and paid traffic

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have been interviewing a lot of other copywriters and tested them. Helmi was the only one to be quick, he understood clearly the customer avatar, and he has always been providing insights on how we could make things better

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

First we had to review the avatar of the ecommerce brand and do some research on what other competitors were doing, then I always showed examples of what we could do for the clients. Helmi based on the avatar, and tone of voice, was then crafting copies after we had received basic information from the customer regarding the campaigns or the flows we needed to craft. Once the copy was done Helmi was transferring the work to other team members and always reviewing the work if the customer asked.

Email campaigns were always on point, clients always loved what we did and Helmi was a huge factor in the success we had. Kept clients for more than 13 months and I had raving reviews from my clients.

So smooth that we never had to get on calls, only communication through slack and Asana, it was enough as the newsletter and flows were on point
