I am the owner of a Barter Franchise, that I have owned for 15 years. We are a service-based Company, connecting business owners. I always need Marketing Services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Helm Productions, and what were your goals?

I had Helm do several videos to help educate new members as well as attract new business. There were many questions that we did film answers to as well as testimonials.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Noah was very prompt and extremely thorough explaining the process and delivering the end product. He is great to work with, as he makes you feel comfortable. His follow-up is A+. Nothing but good to say about my experience.

There were several questions and answers regarding the Barter business, and misconceptions etc. I had another member ask me the questions, and I answered. As well there was a testamonial with several members.

Currently working with a marketing gal to post the videos in a Blog style approach.

Great professional photography/Video space, easy to find, and Noah is super easy and nice to deal with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish I brought several outfits to change so it looked like they were done over time,..... my bad.

We did light board and boardroom style videos with several key individuals in the industry. Throughout the process, Noah Reynolds and the Helm Productions team were extremely prepared, professional, knowledgeable, and flexible.
