We needed a fresh and functional site that would include merchant services and several plugins as well as API integration and ongoing upkeep and maintenance. The goal was to obtain these within our budget and time constraints.

We looked at several companies and chose HB Websol based off of several favorable reviews and price. We took a shot not knowing how it would go. We made the right choice and this company has been our go-to for several projects since that first one.

HB Websol designed and coded our site and brought all the moving parts to reality. The checkout and API work great allowing us to be a true on-demand provider of Telehealth services.

We only had one team member working with this project with HB Websol. We provided the content and color scheme, HB Websol done the rest.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

During the recent COVID-19 pandemic there has been much talk about attention on Telehealth. Our company was ready for orders and our site done all the work.

HB Web was the project manager. Having their estimate on time needed for the work was pretty accurate which allowed us to plan other tasks and obligations effectively.

Responsiveness, whenever we had an issue we would get a timely response and resolution

Are there any areas for improvement?

We’ve only had a couple of occasions where there were misunderstandings. This happens in most projects I’ve been a part of. Websol ALWAYS corrected any issue with no problem
