Although they were responsive when I reached out, the process involved multiple rounds of back-and-forth, which made the timeline for finalizing briefs feel a bit longer. More in-depth check-ins could help reduce the back-and-forth and streamline the process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HAUT CGI created a CGI video for our client. We initially agreed on the idea, and they created a sketchbook for it. After we approved the sketchbook, they started the project and provided several ideas for us to choose from.

HAUT CGI sent someone to shoot the video, and they handled the editing and audio mixing.

HAUT CGI successfully delivered the video, which was then published on social media, including Instagram and Facebook. After the video was launched, we saw an increase in views and clicks, and all of the stakeholders liked it.

HAUT CGI delivered everything on time and stayed on budget. We mainly communicated via email and WhatsApp.

My request was to create a 3D motion video showcasing my product demonstrations. My product is custom portable chargers. The challenge was that each order is unique in design. Not only does the image differ, but also the texture. The goal of the 3D video was to demonstrate how the product's appearance can change based on my client's specifications. 

In other words, what I sell is not a specific design that could be depicted in an advertising banner or in a video shot with a camera but a service for creating complex, unique custom products. The task I set was to develop a script that best showcases the flexibility and advantages of my service and product.

I used this video fir my website on the main/first screen as an intro of my company. Asloi posted the video in my socials. I found it made a huge impact on my potential clients. The video increased engagement rate.

We initially discussed the project's stages: how and when these stages would take place and when communication would occur. I was pleased with the punctuality and precision in fulfilling these agreements. Furthermore, at intervals, I received both text and visual updates confirming the progress on my project. This was an excellent approach because it gave me confidence that work was being done on my video, and there would be no surprises.

In the beginning, we had a series of video calls where we thoroughly discussed the video itself, as well as my product and service. How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Initially, we had 3 potential vendors. We almost signed a contract with one of them, but we managed to talk to SAHAL beforehand. After our conversation, we realized that we want to entrust this work to SAHAL because of their attention to detail, high level of creativity, and values that are quite similar to ours.

SAHAL has fully prescribed the entire workflow that will need to be done within the framework of this project. We started by casting with our staff and selected the best actors. Then the script was written and then there was 1 day of filming. We managed a lot, all deadlines were met and we were able to implement the project in almost a month with all stages. They edited the video and made edits to the montage already been online since COVID started.

From our side - two people (the project manager of this project and me). On the part of SAHAL - about five people (director and film crew)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since COVID forced us to reduce hiring, we could not calculate how much the videos helped attract people to the company. But the videos significantly impacted brand recognition - we had more than 10k views only organically. We did not use paid video promotion and saw that the reach was very high even without spending money. If we had open vacancies at that time, we would also count, and so on.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were able to communicate completely offline because it was before the time of COVID. If we talk about the effectiveness of communications, they were 110% effective, as SAHAL responded even at night and early in the morning.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very strong, creative, and professional specialists work in this company. Communication was simple and easy. SAHAL creative specialists were very supportive and guaranteed excellent results.

We have a non-physical business, and it isn't straightforward to visualize it. We needed some crucial ads video about us, our pros, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked over at least 15-20 different companies that could figure out this task. I spoke with them, watched their presentations, and finally chose SAHAL. Because they made strong communication with me and find different points that would make our ads potentially stronger.

After an agreement, we started making our ads. At the first meeting, we described our company's details and the goals these ads should reach. Then SAHAL started making a plot including all our wants.

After several upgrades and changes, the main plot was done, and we started the shooting process. It took 12-14 hours to shoot all scenes, including different actors (Our C-level managers), places and video footage, etc. It was like a proper film set but in our office. SAHAL prepared a schedule for every scene and placement, which was perfectly followed.

Then they started montaging our video. It took 5-7 days for the first version. We made additional changes and got our video.

SAHAL's project manager followed us with all questions, schedules, and changes we wanted to make.

It isn't easy to score the impact of this video because there wasn't anything to compare. But they made us a presentation tool we've used everywhere in our marketing and sales activities.

The team thought through everything from interviewing the characters, writing the director's treatment to the implementation and all important documents for permission to shoot in the business center. An important factor was the ability of the team to implement the complex, including making high-quality video production of advertising. We also looked at the company's previous offer/vision to improve the Bank's position among competitors in the labor market, the ability to do a promo on social networks (the proposed targeting parameters were evaluated), as well as the price offer.

They developed the idea of ​​positioning, the platform on which all HR communication is now carried out. They implemented the entire complex from strategy to filming and promotion of advertising in online channels, which they also launched. They packed our HR. They developed the idea of ​​visuals, slogans, main messages.

We had meetings twice a week, during periods of active work it could be 2 meetings a day. 2 main managers worked with me: one in strategy, complex, the other in the direction of video production. I would like to highlight the excellent work of the video production and the director. we also had a social media manager. Other narrow specialists were constantly included in the meetings. In total, we interacted with more than 10 people from the Sahal team and another 5 people from the video production team (in total, there were 30 people from the Sahal team on the set of the main video).

After six months, the results were measured, and all goals were met. The growth of recognition among the main target audiences (Е&Y research), the qualitative indicators of the CRI of social networks, the result of the measurement of BHT, where the index of knowledge of the bank as a good employer increased by 2 points (under normal conditions, it increases by about 0.5 points in 2 years). The business result was also a 12% reduction in the cost of recruiting 1 employee. According to Forbes magazine, bank PUMB entered the Top-10 best employers of Ukraine in 2021 (up from 18th place)

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I believe that the work process was effective, the team quickly adjusted and was flexible, and met the deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the serious approach at all stages, including the stage of studying competitors. I am also grateful to the Sahal team for their understanding and patience in working with a large structure, where there are many managers and many points of influence on decisions. They did a great presentation and were able to impress all the wishes, while keeping the main idea intact.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If I could change something in our cooperation with Sakhal, I would give them a bigger advertising and production budget and more creative freedom. But these are changes that need to be made on the customer's side.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The first reaction of our HRD was literally tears from joy that the video completely reflected what we were going to say to our target audience. It was official and touching simultaneously with all key messages that were unobtrusively woven into the overall canvas of the video. We were the first company that presented such a video among other pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine and we set the high level. The number and quality of candidates increased.

The phone lines of the Founder, CMO are always open besides of the constant communication with the account manager. I appreciate this approach that founders took active part in key strategic discussions/presentations and that we can discuss and be in contact whenever required.

Strategic approach, quality of work, skill to listen to the client and courage to offer innovative approaches that mostly suits the project, courage to tell the client what to change based on agency's expertise and knowledge of the market, diplomatic communication style, creativity. I can trust and be sure in case of any unexpected situations everything can be solved.

I have been working with Sahal for many years and plan to work further.
