I’m the head of operations and marketing at Oris Dental Center. We provide comprehensive dental services in Dubai, including cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and general treatments. We use advanced technology and highly trained specialists in a modern, comfortable setting.

We partnered with Harvee Technologies to develop our patient registration portal and digital records management system.

Harvee Technologies handled the complete development and implementation of our patient registration and records management system. Their scope of work included designing the UI, developing the backend workflow, integrating secure patient data storage, and setting up a dashboard for easy record access. They also implemented features for patient intake, digital forms, appointment-related data capture, and overall record tracking. In addition, Harvee Technologies provided ongoing support, testing, and refinements to ensure the system worked smoothly for our team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw several measurable improvements after implementing the solution built by Harvee Technologies. Our patient registration time reduced significantly, and manual data entry errors dropped noticeably. The team was able to access and update patient records much faster, which improved our internal workflow efficiency. We also observed better patient flow management and increased staff productivity because the system centralized all information in one place. Overall, the solution helped us operate more smoothly and deliver a better experience to our patients.After implementing the new system, our patient registration time dropped by approximately 35%–40%. We also saw a reduction of nearly 30% in manual data entry errors. These improvements made our workflow noticeably faster and more accurate, benefiting both our staff and our patients.We tracked a few additional KPIs to measure the impact of the new system. Our appointment processing time improved by about 25% because staff could quickly access patient details. We also recorded an increase in overall patient satisfaction, with feedback noting smoother check-ins and shorter wait times.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were extremely happy with Harvee Technologies, and there wasn’t much we would change. If anything, we would have welcomed even more of their proactive ideas early in the project because whenever they offered suggestions, they were always helpful and improved the final outcome. Overall, their team was attentive, responsive, and very easy to work with.
