I’m the founder and CEO of a digital marketing company that specializes in SEO and web development.

What challenge were you trying to address with HarmonSEO?

We hired them to perform audits for some of my clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I started Alex (Search Engine Optimization Specialist) off with a complex project and an easier one. With the complex project, the client isn’t comparable to any other company because the industry is fairly new. I was trying out a new design, so I had him take a crack at that. The easier project involved an SEO audit for a cleaning company to elevate their positioning.

What is the team composition?

I only work with Alex.

How did you come to work with HarmonSEO?

I still have the flexibility to work with people that are getting started in the market. I found him in a Facebook group for SEO. I saw his post about wanting to gain more experience with companies. Alex seemed eager and willing to help.

After reaching out to him, we had a brief conversation, but I could tell that it would be a good fit. I found that we were like-minded in a lot of ways. I thought I could give him a shot with some of my clients.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement started in June 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Alex did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised with how in-depth the process was. He worked very carefully, giving us great results and feedback on how to increase traffic.

On my end, I was able to save a lot of time. The audits took a lot off of my plate, and they gave me insight to better suit my clients during COVID-19. The deliverables were specific and clear, and they’re currently being implemented. The changes should have the effect that we want for our clients.

How did HarmonSEO perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication was open and flexible. Alex was open to using different tools and communication methods. He tailors to my needs as a client. I appreciate that adaptability.

Alex made videos to showcase how to use the tools he was using. The videos help me follow his process with different Google tools and implement everything myself. It makes my life easier.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Motivation comes to mind. Again, I also was impressed with his flexibility and attention to detail.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The way his data is presented could be refined, but Alex made up for that through his detailed videos. Over time, I’m sure his process will become even clearer.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Convey as much important information as you can upfront. Let Alex know your best forms of communication so that he can adjust around that.
