Our Company is COOHILADOS DEL FONCE LTDA. We are part of the industrial sector and are a manufacturing company. We process raw materials called fique natural fibers and convert them into finished products, such as packaging for coffee, rice, paper, and beans; geomat fabrics (for civil works); backpacks; and cords and ropes (in the ports for anchorages and stables).

1. In mid-May 2018, COOHILADOS DEL FONCE LTDA. saw the need to re-engineer its online web-type processes and saw Halltec as its technological ally to take this step towards changes in the subject of website, hosting, corporate email management, internal company personnel training on issues of management, and constant website update. This process that was carried out generated a positive impact on customers and suppliers, significantly improving the different channels of interaction and communication.
2. By the middle of 2022, COOHILADOS DEL FONCE LTDA.'s need to carry out a refresh of its brand, manual, and portfolio arose. The task was carried out in phases with Halltec culminating in the best way with a more international corporate image coupled with the changing dynamics of the current market. 
3. For this year 2023, the main objective is to expand to international markets, which is why we are in a Current Project with Halltec in redesigning the website to make it friendly, interactive, intuitive with some artificial intelligence, and bilingual in turn.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable results:

• Internally: for the company's Quality Management System. It represented a finding of an improvement in a web tool that meshes with all of the company's processes. 
• At the foreign level: Greater demand for online quotes for our products, greater attention to PQRS (Petitions, complaints, claims, and requests), and an increase in technical visits to the company for appearing on the web.

They are characterized by being ordered and organized, delegating each suitable person for the phase that is in the execution of the project. The deliverables are given in the agreed times, the company reviews them, and observations are made for the changes that may take place. They've satisfactorily met our needs.

2. The interaction of the entire team in favor of achieving a set objective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HALLTEC could have done differently?

I think that it is something that I have seen that they have been working on, and it is in strengthening the development of apps since everything nowadays tends to be minimalist. 

I would also add the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and finally enter the environment of the metaverse world so that users interact in cyberspace as an avatar that can have unique experiences typical of the work carried out at a personalized level such as manipulation of applications etc.

We had to develop a responsive website for our campaign. The website must allow the integration of the development of a game that was being produced in HMTL. The site should also have a design that allows you to drive traffic to a key initiative. The website should have a sober but modern design, allowing it to be updated quickly with a server that could receive more than 1,000 visits per day.

At the end of the process we have our own application and adjusted to our needs and which has facilitated the total administration of the company. The new application saves us time in internal processes which we reproved the use of paper having a better customer service.
