Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

HAE developed a design unit for us to review within a few months. After the design unit we had them develop approximately 100 prototypes that we used for extended testing. After the prototype phase of about 6 months HAE produced an updated version with some enhancements that we required both from a software and hardware perspective. After the final signoff they were able to produce our first order of 5,000 units in about 90 days.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Aside from just date timelines on producing receivables we also measured the % of units that communicated properly on a regular basis. Thru work with HAE they were able to meet and exceed our expectations on connectivity measurements.

The project ran smoothly and met our deliverable timelines consistently. Even with some challenges on outsourcing materials they worked thru this diligently to keep us on track and meet our deliverables.

Hesham and his team went above and beyond as far as forming a relationship with us to understand our business and our needs in order to develop a product that met our needs and to help us be successful. From design, to software all the way to manufacturing they helped us every step of the way.
