The mere fact that we work together for so many years in first place. The increase in the conversion rates and the fact that we can deliver twice for 52 weeks every year without repeating is the best demonstration for success and progress combined I can imagine!

Flawless so far! Except with a couple of times when they were not able to deliver but managed to communicate the issue on time so that we could solve the problem internally and there were no negative outcomes of the situation.
