• Must admit, we were a bit demanding. We've scheduled many meetings, had many questions and changed our mind over and over again. They were patient and delivered time after time. 
• We were assigned a project manager that handled our communication. We (almost) never heard a no.

• Understand the market and the product as well as us, even though it was their first Gen-AI project.

• Could have been more opinionated and say no more often - we were many times thinking that we know how things needs to be done, and were mistaken, we should have listened.
