Capture our existing platform's user interface in the form of a Figma design kit. Key deliverables included an iOS and Android Figma design system, a company design principles artifact, and training on how to use the kit.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Design cycles for each new solution using the kit have been significantly reduced. Use of the kit has led to a unified language on how internal teams reference the capabilities of our platform, especially when crafting SOWs. The kit has led to much closer collaboration between design and engineering teams.

Guidea staffed a project manager who was super available and receptive to our needs. I couldn't leave higher marks in this regard. We had direct access to this individual via teams and email, and in some cases via text message.
