Then, GTE helps to translate with their professional translators in all our required languages, asking questions for context to provide more natural sentences.

Speed - GTE was able to deliver in a very fast way

Communication - GTE was always excellent in communication, scheduling promises, delivered even faster than initially planned

Feedback - GTE was able to also adapt very fast and easily to provided feedback

Fast, very communicative, very detailed and explanative, very kind. Also said some reminders to us in case we have forgot to reply on some homeworks, so I can tell GTE is a very professional, serious, and pleasant company and team to work with

We required translation of new content to ensure appropriate grammar and flow was maintained. This also meant that we required general proof reading of previously supplied content, which allowed for flaws to be identified by GTE that their competitors did not identify in previous years.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Strong communication to maintain timeline and progress, and furthermore offered wonderful feedback that was not pointed out by other companies in previous years. They demonstrated a high level of attention to detail, and were swift without compromising the quality of work. Due to this, we were able to meet our deadlines for this project which was behind (as per components on our end) - and get back on-track promptly.

They delivered items on-time, and with a swift return time - which meant that they assisted with our team meeting the deadline requirement for this project. They responded well and communicated during the entire period - before, during and after. I could not reccomend them more, and certainly look forward to working with their team (and Eden!!) again in the near-future for upcoming projects.

Strong communication, low prices, and high-attention to detail. No compromise on the quality of the work, with humble rates (as someone with a background in languages and language-learning, I do certainly believe the rate is quite low and should be increased so demonstrate the quality of the work/time invested).

Scope of work includes translating our website, calculators, and blog posts into approximately 20 languages. Updates are introduced monthly from our internal sourcecode repository as well as other sources (e.g. Word documents).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our existing languages are continually updated, and two new languages were added over the past year. As we introduce new features, those features continue to appear in all of our supported languages promptly and accurately.

GTE's project management has been excellent. They were willing to integrate into our existing translation flow rather than requiring we change our systems to adapt to them. They are always quick to respond should an issue arise, and indeed they have alerted us to a few issues on our side of which we weren't previously aware. A few times we needed some text translated more urgently than usual, and they have always been willing to do so and in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their willingness to adapt to our workflow impressive and a relief; changing our entire localization pipeline is not something we had engineering capacity to undertake. They were able to source translators who understood the technical requirements for accurately translating our content. They clearly know what they are doing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GTE Localize could have done differently?

I wish they had more representatives who worked North American hours, but only to reduce the time in between emails. This is by no means a deal breaker, however.

 I'm the technical engineering manager of a software company. We're on a mission to end sleepless nights, promoting health and well-being through software and media.

 We wanted to translate all the text for our apps in all the languages we support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 GTE Localize reviewed our machine translations and made adjustments with native linguists in 29 languages. The team also managed the entire QA process for us.

What is the team composition?

 We worked with Zach (Business Development Manager) and Phoebe (Project Management).

How did you come to work with GTE Localize?

 We found them through recommendations from another industry-specific platform. GTE Localize's communication, especially Zach's style, responsiveness, and understanding, gave me confidence that they were the right team to work with. I had more confidence that the translation process would go smoothly. Competitive prices were another factor.

 We worked together on a project during May–June 2025.

 Although it's difficult for us to measure the business outcome of this effort, we take pride in fully translating our apps in so many languages for our users.

 We communicated via email, phone, and video calls. There were no strict deadlines, but GTE Localize delivered approximately within the timeframe they promised.
