Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received list of over 60 different points, classified form "critical-for-go-live" ending on "nice-to-have" for critical users flows. The report contents was structured to the extent of convincing key project stake-holders of making the late changes to ensure desired quality

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It varied, at the very beginning we faced several slow-downs caused by single communication contact point, message was affected & we didn't proceed as fast as we wanted. The situation vastly improved as we encouraged for direct communication with the respective Team Members.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Our Company operates in quite unique selling model which is hard to grasp in the light of traditional digital market tools. From this stand point I was positively surprised in seeing the understanding of what we are doing & trying to achieve rather then enforcing they

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, while we are happy with the end-results I see that way-of-working with Corporations (slow by definition) should be mastered: 1. In some cases the pragmatic advise can deliver more value vs complete solution more agile companies can afford 2. Operations centered around single person can slow-down the entire process.

The scope of work at Ideacto’s side includes market and competition analysis, conceptual design of new look&feel and conducting in-depth workshop with our client at their HQ in order to deliver fully tailored and original interface. The goal was to deliver a process-efficient interface that would go hand to hand with specific need of client’s target group and will be hassle-free on development stage.

Our development team works very closely with Ideacto’s UX and UI designers and project managers whilst communication with client is conducting simultaneously regarding specific area of undertaken tasks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ideacto took the first part of the project and showed an amazing commitment to cater our client’s needs for the initial scope of work. The communication between us and client’s managers was swift and flawless which gaves us a great feedback and opportunity to up-sell Ideacto’s services regarding online sell optimization.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was being proceeded perfectly with full understanding on both end. Because of this our client has have feeling of control over the process and being up to date entire time. Unquestionably, the flexibility of Ideacto when they use different tools for communication is a big advantage. Their friendly approach towards clients’ difficult decisions stands out.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their all-hands-on deck attitude is a big plus when comes to deliver extraordinary quality in short term deadline. We never had to negotiate or revise schedules. Ideacto’s team shows a rare combinations of great experience and simplicity in showing possibilities to a client.

I cannot think of any. They are undeniably a trustworthy partner.

I’m the head of Central/Eastern European region at Horizon Global Group, an American investor who acquired Westphalia Automotive, a fully automotive company where I work.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ideacto?

We needed to contract someone to help with digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they did our landing page and an audit of our website. We just needed something simple to display and explain the product. What was most important was that it had features explained and a dealer locator. They contact the dealers and distributors in it.

We also needed help with Google campaigns as well as many other tasks that were sent to them like graphics, simple banners, some social media management when I didn’t have my staff that could do it.

The photographs of the products were also done by them. They had a subcontractor doing it, but we gave them our products and did the photo spec.

We also have a central website in many languages. It’s based on TYPO3. I asked them to make an audit of the Polish version of the website and many bugs were found that they corrected before the Google Campaign.

I searched for someone in my city because I’m traditional when it comes to commissioning services that I don’t know too much about. I assumed I might need to meet in person to talk more about it. They deliver quality work. They don’t try to charge too many hours for simple jobs, which keeps us satisfied.

Their project management is very good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The graphics and all the small jobs they do are necessary but not their key service. They really are passionate about rebuilding, refreshing, and auditing websites.

They have a lot of very good and expensive ideas. You need to watch your wallet. They’re very creative, but you need to know your budget.

We needed to select interdisciplinary team members from our company, who will participate in the workshop. We had set a date for all day workshop. During the workshop we followed the agenda of the meeting. We were working in 2 groups. We used few technics of work to identify a potential process shape– successfully.

This project was only the first step to create calculating tool, so I can only share the information, that in the result of the workshops, whole process were agreed by different team members, which was very challenging considering the fact, that every department have different needs.

We started with 84 working hours of meeting with various stakeholders to diagnose their needs and fine tune UX/UI brief. At the same time the agency cooperated with SEO experts to take their perspective into consideration when working on information architecture.

Then we moved on to wireframes for both mobile and desktop. Translating brand visual identity to website design was the next stage. After few iterations the agency came back to us with perfect design. Vendor was also responsible for delivering designs ready for implementation.

We contacted mainly project manager but also when needed UX and graphic designer. We felt sufficient number of people was engaged. Project management was very efficient.

Project was awarded Site of the month distinction by Kentico. We had good qualitative feedback both internally and from the market. We also did notice +46% conversion rate increase for current accounts.
