They were very patient in the process and reiterated several times as we were quite picky (didn’t accept the first version of the design and submitted multiple revisions for the second version). The project took about 2 weeks and in the end, we got a design which I think is amazing.

The coordinator of IDEACTO was great. We had some minor issues with tracking the designer’s time, but in general, we’re satisfied with the communication quality.

IDEACTO was ready to start working on our project really immediately. Their designer simply kept on getting things done well.

We needed to adjust the workflow during the project, as the time spent by the designer wasn’t tracked and documented properly. And our own financing model with our client required it. We think that it could’ve been arranged better, however, as mentioned above — we successfully adjusted the workflow in the meantime, and it ended up very well (the client decided to prolong the cooperation).

Ideacto's designers are skilled and they have very good communication skills. We have worked in a typical agile project and there was no blocker in the workflow between them and our PM and team of developers.

The skills of Ideacto designers are good, and the management is flexible throughout the project development. They are also open to respond to the common needs that our companies had in the projects we shared.I am very happy to have Ideacto as a partner.

Initially it was a bit of a challenge to start new phases of the project because we had no direct access to Ideacto's team availability. We have brought this up and the communication improved. We needed to contract someone to help with digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they did our landing page and an audit of our website. We just needed something simple to display and explain the product. What was most important was that it had features explained and a dealer locator. They contact the dealers and distributors in it.

We also needed help with Google campaigns as well as many other tasks that were sent to them like graphics, simple banners, some social media management when I didn’t have my staff that could do it.

The photographs of the products were also done by them. They had a subcontractor doing it, but we gave them our products and did the photo spec.

We also have a central website in many languages. It’s based on TYPO3. I asked them to make an audit of the Polish version of the website and many bugs were found that they corrected before the Google Campaign.
