What we found most impressive and unique about this company was their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. They demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. 

Their creativity and innovative approach brought a unique perspective to the project, resulting in an outstanding outcome. Their professionalism, clear communication, and seamless collaboration made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IDEACTO | Experience could have done differently?

While their performance was excellent overall, there are always opportunities for improvement. In hindsight, one area where IDEACTO could have potentially done differently is providing exact explanations of terms and adding vocabulary descriptions to ensure better alignment and avoid any potential miscommunication. However, it's important to note that this is a minor observation and doesn't overshadow their exceptional work.

We have hired IDEACTO for Google Analitics project, first it was a set up of a new account and implementation of reports we needed and then update to GA 4.

We were looking for a business partner that would understand our business needs and offer us business insights not only GA account configuration.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Project was delivered in time, according to business analysis, we had only 2 iterations as it was done like we needed and no major changers were required.

IDEACTO team is communicating very clearly along the whole process, they listen carefully to customer needs and have insightful remarks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was surprised how quick everything was delivered. No issues, no unnecessary meetings, just briefs, and recommendations. Suddenly everything was ready to test and go live.

We hired IDEACTO to improve the design of our website, which we are currently creating. They refined and changed key views and made corrections to already approved views.

We have already cooperated with IDEACTO once - they are very professional, so we trusted them again without hesitation.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was difficult because it combines e-commerce with the brand website and the visit booking system. We went through the views step by step, discussed the proposed fixes and shared our thoughts. We understood each other better from one meeting to another, so the views were designed efficiently.

We worked with a total of 3 UX specialists and a project coordinator.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the moment, we are not able to present the results of our work because we are at the design programming stage. I recommend following the website jld.pl, which should be the best showcase by the end of this year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work was very effective and efficient - corrections were made from meeting to meeting and subsequent views were created. The whole team was extremely professional, and we had a great time working.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked the role of Monika (project coordinator) who was watching over everything, thanks to which the work went very smoothly. Working directly with UX designers, instead of "dead phone" and providing information, was also a great advantage.

We have no comments or suggestions.
