We engaged with Grumspot to assist us with our brand pivot into the longevity market by way of designing and developing new, more dynamic and powerful landing pages to both boost our conversion rate versus previous designs and to be able to display more complex information in such a way which is easy to users to digest. It is important to us that the backend was to be built well so that we can adjust content quickly to remain agile which Grumspot did very well. Additionally we needed our web performance (page speed, etc) to be improved from previous versions in the past which was also achieved.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched the new pages designed and developed by Grumspot which by far outperformed anything we had in the past. Performance being conversion rate which has over doubled and has allowed for us to boost marketing spend and our revenue subsquently.

Project management was one of the best things about working with Grumspot. Often, in my experience vendors have poor communication and expectation management. Whereas with Grumspot our expectations were managed perfectly and communication was consistent which allowed for us not to be slowed down on our other ongoing projects. Timelines were also exceeded, meaning that projects were completed prior to deliverable dates. This was refreshing considering in my experience vendors often deliver late and require a lot of feedback from internal QA to ensure the deliverables are properly met.; whereas QA with Grumspot was quick as there were no bugs or issues to be found. A perfectly executed job.

Critical and lateral thinking. If our briefs could be improved, they communicated what we have missed to deliver something beyond our scope. 

Excellent deliverables and time keeping. Both delivering before the due date and delivering work that has zero errors/bugs.
