I’m the VP of marketing for Wisor AI, an AI quoting and rate management platform that helps freight forwarders turn RFQs into accurate quotes in minutes instead of hours.

We needed to build our organic presence in a niche, hard-to-reach market: international freight forwarders. As a solo marketing function, I also needed a partner who could execute end-to-end without heavy handholding.

The team is responsible for our SEO strategy and technical optimization, keyword research tailored to the freight-forwarding space, and an ongoing content program, including blog articles, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces aimed at our ICP. Growtika also manages on-page optimization and link building to grow our domain authority. The team delivers a content calendar, a set number of published articles per month, optimized landing pages, and regular performance reports on traffic, rankings, and conversions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measure of success is our organic lead growth. New leads coming through organic search have grown from a handful in early 2024 to over 90 in the first half of 2026 — roughly a 4.5× year-over-year increase for the same period. Our solution pages and articles have become a consistent source of inbound interest from our target market, freight forwarders.

What stands out most about Growtika is their ability to get up to speed on a genuinely niche, technical industry. Freight forwarding isn’t easy to write about credibly — it’s full of specialized terminology and workflows — and Growtika produces content that actually resonates with our audience rather than reading like generic SEO filler. That combination of SEO discipline and willingness to learn our world is rare.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there’s very little Growtika can improve on — the team delivers. If anything, I’d like slightly more proactive reporting on traffic and ranking trends so the SEO progress is easier to see at a glance month to month. However, this is a minor point that doesn’t affect the results.

I couldn't get arrested from a search perspective in February 2023; showing up a mere 5,000 times in search results. That sounds like a big number, but in search terms it's really not. But by October / November 2023 I was back in the game, showing up 274,000 times in search results. That's a 55x increase!
