I had the pleasure of working with the Growexx team to build the TellFriends app, and I am extremely satisfied with their services. From the very beginning, they were dedicated and professional, building the app from scratch based on the feature descriptions and UI designs I provided.

The team at Growexx set up the infrastructure, built the database, and developed the backend services required for the app. They also fully managed the app store submission process, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free for me. I was regularly provided with test builds of the app as work progressed, allowing me to see the development in real-time and provide feedback.

One of the standout aspects of working with Growexx was their guidance in making critical choices regarding services and tools. They provided thorough cost analyses that supported the decision-making process, ensuring we used the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.

The final deliverable was an app available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

We were tracking work based on the initial scope of features, and I could see the progress in Jira. The team provided regular demos of their work, allowing me to give feedback and ensure that the app was developing according to plan. All features outlined in the initial scope were implemented successfully. Additional improvements and enhancements were also accommodated based on my feedback. They also provided comprehensive documentation on the progress and completion of each milestone.

The Growexx team provided test builds for both platforms as major features were complete, which allowed me to use and test the app extensively. I could submit bugs and ask for improvements, and they were quick to address any issues and implement the requested changes.

The project management from the Growexx team met and exceeded my expectations. I had a dedicated Product Owner (PO) and Technical Project Manager (TPM) who were driving the whole project. They provided an initial project plan that was detailed and comprehensive, outlining the scope, timeline, and milestones. They were particular about following this plan through, ensuring that each phase of the project was executed as scheduled.

Throughout the development process, the team was proactive in reaching out to me to resolve any issues and get clarifications for features. As I introduced new features or changes, the plan was accurately updated to reflect these additions without disrupting the overall timeline. This flexibility and attention to detail were crucial in accommodating my evolving needs.

All my feedback was taken into consideration and consistently followed up on, demonstrating their commitment to delivering a product that met my expectations. The Growexx team was highly responsive to my needs, addressing any concerns or questions I had promptly. Their proactive communication and problem-solving approach helped keep the project on track and mitigated potential issues before they could impact the timeline.

The work was delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and I was regularly updated on the progress through detailed reports and Jira tracking. They managed to balance the development pace with maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring that all deliverables met the agreed-upon milestones.

Overall, their project management was a key factor in the success of the TellFriends app. The combination of dedicated roles, proactive communication, adherence to the initial plan, and efficient issue resolution ensured that the project was completed to my satisfaction.
