I am the Senior Vice President, Strategy of a Yarn Manufacturing Company.

For what projects/services did your company hire GreySpace Design Studio?

Our website was very dated and did not reflect our efforts in the R&D and innovation we as a company were putting. We hired GreySpace to create our brand story and help us design a modern website that would appeal to all stakeholders.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

GreySpace seemed to know their work around branding. They were thorough when it came to cross questioning and dug deep to understand the problem. We enjoyed their thought process and they fit our budget.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After an in-depth alignment session the team nailed down our brand story and brand positioning. Before they started to create our website they studied the competition and surveyed stakeholders. They interviewed some of our customers, employees, vendors and the CXOs.

Based on the research they gave do a mood board session and gave us 3 concepts. We finalised a concept and they designed the content and website around it.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their research was very useful and we believe it sets our company apart from our competition in the industry. They hand folded us through the entire development phase and we receive a lot of positive feedback.

They were always available for us and they planned everything in detail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The brand research and story telling they helped us with along with the business + creative / design combination is what impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were open to feedback and we have retained them till today. NA

We hired them for our offline marketing collateral, company profile and brochures.

We liked their exploration process and design sense.

After a discovery session they dug deeper with Moodboards and understood what brand we were. They understood our goals for our offline marketing activities. We did 2 ideation rounds and finalised a concept that was further refined and delivered.

We worked with 2 member the creative director Shubham Harish and one of his colleagues.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The marketing collateral increased the new customer walk ins and helped us improve our client conversion ratios. Our new event helped us see over 80 new guests compared to 23 in the last year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were interacting directly with me and they were quick and responsive so no complaints here.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They spend enough time understanding the core challenge before executing the work and their design aesthetic.

For what projects/services did your company hire GreySpace, and what were your goals?

Our goal was to reach our target customers and differentiate ourselves from our competitors. We also wanted to position ourselves and communicate our values through our brand.

How did you select this vendor?

We spoke to a bunch of different companies. We went with GreySpace because we loved their design sense and their process. They seemed like they knew what they were doing.

They interviewed us and understood the business really well. They could understand our problems and collected information from our customers. They researched the competition and offered a complete new brand experience. They made the logo, website, product packaging and also helped us with the brand name, mission and vision.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a design lead from their team and 2 other designers under them. We also spoke a lot to their business head who was able to help us communicate and understand us well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because of the branding project, I believe people know us or have heard of us. Earlier we never heard such comments. We feel because of the new brand there is more confidence in the team to make the business successful. The client retention has gone up.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The plan was laid out before the project began. We knew the process followed by them and could understand the reasons well. We communicated 1-2 times a week for an update. They were really hands on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really understood us well. We always knew what's going on in the project because of how well they communicate. We knew what they were up to even if we didn’t speak to them.

None at the moment.
